上海天华企业会议中心

项目位于上海市中山西路兆丰环球大厦26楼，原为上海天华机电所办公区域。业主重新调整室内功能，将其改造为上海天华建筑设计有限公司兼具会议、接待以及展览的复合型室内空间。设计以黑色金属盒子为载体的前台接待区为起点，联接十间不同规模的会议室及一间根据使用人数不同可拆分的报告厅，同时利用环绕走廊设置回廊式的展览空间。

The project is located on the 26th floor of the Zhaofeng Building, Zhongshan West Road, Shanghai, formerly the office area of the Shanghai Tianhua Mechanical and Electrical Division. The owner re-adjusted the interior functions and transformed it into a composite space with meeting, reception and exhibition functions of the Shanghai Tianhua Architecture Planning & Engineering Ltd. The reception area, which is designed from a black metal box, serves as a starting point, connecting ten conference rooms of different sizes and a lecture hall that can be divided according to the number of users, while the surrounding corridor is used to set up the corridor-style exhibition space.

室内高度受建筑既定条件的影响，整体空间略显压抑，因此改善视觉的纵向拓展，强调室内横向立面的延伸，扩大空间的深度与广度，成为设计中的基本原则。黑白立面的跳跃感，旋转大门的序列感，有机的将整个室内空间联系在一起。

The height of the room is constrained by the existing conditions of the building, and the overall space is slightly suppressed. Therefore, expanding people’s vertical vision, extending the interior horizontal facade, and increasing the depth and breadth of the space have become the basic principles of design. The sense of jumping in the black and white facade, and the sense of sequence in the rotating door, organically connecting the entire interior space.

不满足原空间网格为基础的透视表达，因此调整了入口前区的网格角度，增强了透视的纵深感，形成一种戏剧性的空间效果。顶面、墙面以及地面在黑色不锈钢、黑色金檀木纹石等材料的限定下，营造出一个倾斜放置并具有反射效果的“黑”盒子，表现出与周边白色空间的强烈对比。在强调理性的视觉感受中，赋予更多的空间趣味性。对于展示墙，在平行于走廊的基础上，通过局部的角度转折，在走廊与展示区各形成放大的空间，打破了单面展示墙的乏味感，对于展示空间的收放变化起到了积极的作用。

The grid-based perspective presentation of the original space is not satisfied, so the grid angle of the entrance area is adjusted to enhance the depth of perspective and form a dramatic spatial effect. Ceilings, walls, and floors are made of materials such as black stainless steel and black gerbera to create a “black” box that is placed obliquely and has a reflective effect, showing a strong contrast with the surrounding white space. While emphasizing the visual experience of rationality, more space interest is given. For the display wall, on the basis of parallel to the corridor, through the partial angle turning, the corridor and the display area form an enlarged space, which breaks the boring feeling of the single-sided display wall and plays an active role in the change of display space.

项目于设计阶段充分考虑到对既有自然光的整合，梳理不同功能空间的光照要求及效果，赋予光线灵活而有节制的变化。前台接待区的光环境处理上，充分利用自然光线的优势，结合人工照明打造“光”之前台。整面的磨砂玻璃背景墙柔化了室外光线，通透轻盈。内置的公司标识随时间推移与光线变化，形成独特的视觉体验。等候区的内立面采用可移动的金属饰面板，调节光线的节奏，形成明暗交替的韵律感。

The integration of natural light is fully considered, and the lighting requirements and effects of different functional spaces are taken into account to give the light a flexible but controlled change. In the lighting design of the reception, the advantages of natural light are fully utilized, and artificial lighting is used to create a reception of “light”. The entire frosted glass wall softens the light outside, making the space appear transparent and light. The built-in company logo changes with light over time, creating a unique visual experience. The interior facade of the waiting area is made of removable metal veneers, which adjusts the light to create a rhythm that alternates between light and dark.

为表达 “质朴并精致，沉稳并创新”的企业形象，整个项目秉承“少即是多”的原则选择材质。黑色喷砂不锈钢，布拉格灰石材、楸木饰面板及玻璃构成主要材料要素。严格控制色彩的运用，低彩度、高对比度的颜色让空间倾向冷静与理性。黑与白作为空间色彩的准绳，有效的控制住了外来色彩介入后因不同彩度、明度和饱和度而产生的无序感，更凸显了空间强大的包容性。

In order to demonstrate the corporate image of “simple and exquisite, stable and innovative”, materials are selected according to the principle of “less is more”. Black sandblasted stainless steel, Prague grey stone, beech wood veneer and glass constitute the main material elements. The use of color is strictly controlled, low chroma and high contrast colors make the space tend to be calm and rational. Black and white, as the tone of color, effectively control the sense of disorder caused by different chromaticity, brightness, and saturation after intervention of other colors, highlighting the strong inclusiveness of space.
