主人的话：看了这么多设计公司以及实际落地的现场效果，你们家还原效果是最好的，细节方方面面的考虑也比较到位，而且实际现场的感觉比效果图还好看。还有我们家布局改动真是挺大，从来没有想过会改成这个样子，六分离的家政卫生间和儿童房的两层树屋都很惊喜。

After seeing so many design companies and actual on-site effects, your home’s restoration effect is the best. The details and considerations are also quite in place, and the actual on-site feeling is even better than the renderings.

Our home layout has undergone significant changes, and we never thought it would be like this. The two-story treehouse with a six separate housekeeping bathroom and a children’s room were both pleasantly surprised.

●空间原貌

本案是一套三室的小户型，原始空间每个空间十分有限。加之业主比较重视亲子陪伴，人宠共居。因此，我们从家庭成员的习惯和需求出发，在有限的空间里寻找更多的可能性，打造一个亲子陪伴，人宠共居的治愈之家。

This case is a four - bedroom apartment type. Originally, the sense of scale of some spaces was relatively compact. When designing, considering the current needs of the residents, we transformed the four - bedroom into a one - bedroom, creating a space that can grow and expand along with the owner, meeting the needs of the property owner at different stages. On the premise of expanding the possibility of scenarios and the integrity of functions, we fully enable the space to flow.

设计从来都不是单一的视觉化效果呈现，全案设计更是一个“设想”+“计划”的全流程且系统化的服务过程，是解决空间限制问题并给居住者在空间之中的生活方式创造出更多的可能性，并且通过精细化的梳理对整个施工过程起到更加准确的控制，以保证前期的设想通过有序的计划变为后期现实，甚至超预期的实现。一个理想的住宅落地，离不开每一个参与者的辛勤付出，感谢每一份匠心。

Design is never a single visual presentation. Whole project design is a comprehensive and systematic service process of "conception" and "planning", which solves the problem of spatial limitations and creates more possibilities for residents’ lifestyles in the space. Through fine sorting, the entire construction process is more accurately controlled to ensure that the initial ideas are transformed into later reality through orderly planning, and even exceed expectations. An ideal residential building cannot be achieved without the hard work of every participant, and we are grateful for every bit of craftsmanship.

本案是一套三室的小户型，原始空间每个空间十分有限。加之业主比较重视亲子陪伴，人宠共居。因此，我们从家庭成员的习惯和需求出发，在有限的空间里寻找更多的可能性，打造一个亲子陪伴，人宠共居的治愈之家。

This case is a three-room small apartment, the original space of each space is very limited. In addition, the owners pay more attention to parent-child companionship, and people’s pets live together. Therefore, we start from the habits and needs of family members, look for more possibilities in the limited space, and create a healing home where parents and children accompany and people and pets live together.

01 人宠共居的家 —

由于业主平时家里聚会场景不多，且希望卧室空间更加舒适一些，在南向阳光充足的地方有一个可供一家人围坐，学习，阅读，游乐的亲子互动区。基于此，我们在设计时，对布局进行了较大调整，将客厅置于空间中心，餐厅，客厅一体，打造开阔的竖厅格局。

Since the owner usually has few gathering scenes at home, and hopes that the bedroom space is more comfortable, there is a parent-child interaction area for the family to sit around, study, read and play in the sunny place to the south. Based on this, we have greatly adjusted the layout in the design, placing the living room in the center of the space, integrating the dining room and the living room to create an open vertical hall pattern.

原本的主卧空间给到儿童房，打造一个集睡眠，玩乐，学习，亲子陪伴与一体的动态成长型儿童房。法式平折门，闲时，将门完全打开，与客厅互通互融，各自在不同的区域里也能互相看到对方，或独立，或交融，目光所及皆是家的温暖。构建出日常生活，社交会客，亲子互动等多元化的生活场景。

The original master bedroom space is given to the children’s room, creating a dynamic growth children’s room that integrates sleep, play, study and parent-child companionship. French flat folding door, at leisure, the door is completely open, and the living room mutual integration, each in different areas can also see each other, or independent, or blend, the eyes are the warmth of home. Construct a diversified life scene such as daily life, social meeting and parent-child interaction.

猫咪作为家庭的重要成员之一，在设计时，我们利用拆不掉的立管做猫爬架，把拆不掉的立管"藏"起来，巧妙地将猫咪休憩和玩耍空间融入到客厅中来，美观与实用兼具，为猫咪和主人创造一个舒适有趣的互动空间，空间有限，快乐无限。

Cats are one of the important members of the family. In the design, we use the irremovable riser to make a cat climbing frame, hide the irremovable riser, cleverly integrate the cat’s rest and play space into the living room, which is both beautiful and practical, and create a comfortable and interesting interaction space for cats and owners, with limited space and unlimited happiness.

02开放而流动的空间

—

原始餐厅被压缩在一个小角落，空间打开后，置入西橱柜，兼顾活动和储物。

空间打开后原有的梁体成为需要解决的问题，我们用弧形过渡吊顶和梁体，弱化梁体的同时又串联空间，为空间注入独特的艺术美感。

The original dining room is compressed into a small corner, and the space is opened into the west cabinet, which takes into account both activities and storage. After the space is opened, the original beam body becomes a problem that needs to be solved. We use arc to transition the ceiling and beam body, weaken the beam body and connect the space at the same time, and inject unique artistic beauty into the space.

餐厅右侧的厨房门和卫生间干区门做一体化处理，减少空间分裂感，视觉上更显空间开阔统一。

The kitchen door on the right side of the restaurant and the bathroom dry area door are integrated to reduce the sense of space fragmentation and visually show the open and unified space.

03家的烟火气

原本的厨房空间十分紧凑，我们对其重新进行规划。U形厨房布局，功能强大。棕色骨骼线造型橱柜，简洁优雅，复古风满满。

The original kitchen space was quite cramped, so we replanned it. The U-shaped kitchen layout is highly functional. The brown skeleton-line shaped cabinets are simple and elegant, exuding a vintage charm.

04 动态成长形的空间 —

原始空间次卧室舒适度较差，考虑到儿童成长不同阶段的空间需求，为孩子留出更多的成长空间，我们将原来的主卧空间给到儿童房，打造一个亲子互动式动态成长型儿童房。睡眠，学习，玩耍，攀岩，行走，让孩子能够深入探索和体验，在游戏与学习中享受乐趣，在关爱中陪伴与成长。

The comfort of the original bedroom is poor, taking into account the space needs of children at different stages of growth, to leave more space for children to grow, we will give the original master bedroom space to the children’s room, to create a parent-child interactive dynamic growth type children’s room. Sleep, study, play, rock climbing, walking, so that children can deeply explore and experience, enjoy fun in play and learning, accompany and grow in care.

满墙收纳柜做书架的同时，可以展示孩子成长过程中的手工等，也可以随着孩子的喜好自由装饰，攀岩墙充分开发孩子的运动天赋，点点滴滴，微小而真实的快乐都将在这里陪伴生长。

When the full wall storage cabinet is a bookshelf, it can show the child’s handicraft in the growth process, etc., and can also be freely decorated with the child’s preferences. The climbing wall fully develops the child’s athletic talent, bit by bit, small and real happiness will accompany the growth here.

—— 关于另一种可能性 ——

在设计时，考虑到孩子不同阶段的成长需求。在孩子还小时，孩子可以睡在上方的树屋，方便孩子探索空间，家长陪伴孩子成长，当孩子长大时，可以在书屋下方增设一张床以及调整部分软装，适应孩子不同阶段的空间需求。让空间不再局限于单一功能，而是充满着变化和探索的可能性。

In the design, take into account the needs of children at different stages of growth. When the child is young, the child can sleep in the tree house above, which is convenient for the child to explore the space, and parents can accompany the child to grow up. When the child grows up, a bed can be added under the library and some soft clothes can be adjusted to adapt to the space needs of the child at different stages. The space is no longer limited to a single function, but is full of possibilities for change and exploration.

05松弛感的卧室

—

围绕床头侧面拆不掉的承重墙做弧形收纳柜，把拆不掉的承重墙"藏"起来，体块穿插自然，兼具美观与实用。柔和的弧形线条，奶油色墙面，搭配质感原木，法式优雅与浪漫共存。

Around the side of the head of the bed can not be removed load bearing wall to make a curved storage cabinet, the can not be removed load bearing wall "hidden", the body block interpenetration nature, both beautiful and practical. Soft curved lines, cream walls, and textured logs, French elegance and romance coexist.

06四分离的家政卫生间 —

重新布局后，整个空间西北侧用来做家政间和卫生间，双台盆洗手台，洗衣池，家政柜，两个独立马桶间和一个淋浴间，干湿分离，功能强大，满足业主日常所需。法式拱形门，洞石台面，法师浴室柜，细节中处处蕴藏着优雅浪漫。

After re-layout, the northwest side of the whole space is used for housekeeping room and toilet, double basin vanity, laundry pool, housekeeping cabinet, two independent toilet room and a shower room, dry and wet separation, powerful, to meet the daily needs of the owner. French arched doors, cave stone countertops, master bathroom cabinets, the details are full of elegance and romance.

落地比图纸更精彩 —

在施工的过程中，高度还原设计离不开参与的每个人，我们一直相信，每个推敲过的节点，都会在空间中闪闪发光。

During the construction process, highly realistic design cannot be achieved without everyone involved. We have always believed that every carefully considered node will shine brightly in the space.
