Forni Gueli Architetti 打造十九世纪老建筑新生命

L’edificio originario costruito a Muralto nel diciannovesimo secolo fungeva da panetteria e pasticceria, i piani superiori accoglievano delle abitazioni. Nel 2012 i lavori eseguiti dagli architetti Forni e Gueli hanno permesso di rivedere gli spazi interni ed esterni per dare vita alla nuova funzione dello stabile, quella di studio di architettura. Nella vecchia corte interna all’edificio ha trovato collocazione un nuovo manufatto in acciaio e legno, completamente autonomo. Questo corpo è attaccato all’edificio originario tramite un cordone ombelicale in acciaio che permette il passaggio tra le due costruzioni.

The original building built in Muralto in the nineteenth century served as a bakery and pastry, upper floors there were apartments. In 2012 the work carried out by the architects Forni and Gueli have allowed to review the internal and external spaces to give life to the new function of the stable, the studio of architecture. In the old court inside the building has found placing a new product in wood and steel, completely autonomous. This body is attached to the original building by means of an umbilical cord in steel that allows the passage between the two buildings.
