本案项目位于金华云泰璟园，是一对年轻小夫妻的 88㎡温馨小家，他们偏爱松弛自然的氛围，既想要日常烟火的暖意，也藏着对精致生活的小追求。整体色调选用低饱和的暖米色与原木色为主，搭配柔和的无主灯照明设计，弱化空间边界的生硬感；针对 88㎡小户型的局限，采用客餐一体化开放式布局，打通客厅与餐厨区域，减少隔断墙体，视觉上放大空间通透感。

This project is located in Yuntai Jingyuan, Jinhua. It is an 88-square-meter warm home for a young couple. They prefer a relaxed and natural atmosphere, wanting the warmth of daily life as well as a small pursuit of a refined life. The overall color tone mainly adopts low-saturation warm beige and natural wood color, combined with a soft lighting design without a main light to weaken the stiffness of the space boundary. In response to the limitations of the 88-square-meter small-sized apartment, an integrated living and dining open layout is adopted, connecting the living room and the dining and kitchen areas, reducing partition walls, and visually enhancing the sense of spatial transparency.

LIVING ROOM

客厅

客厅的设计，用弧形软包沙发 + 可移动边几 + 单人摇椅的搭配，呈现出了更加灵活松弛的场景，既可以两人窝在沙发聊天看电视，也能各自坐在摇椅、地毯上。为了强化空间的互动感，同时让小户型更显通透，我们在客厅背面开了一扇窗，用折叠窗来衔接房间与客厅：日常打开时，两个区域能自然联动、视线互通；需要独立空间时闭合即可，灵活开合的设计让使用场景更适配生活需求，实用又便捷。

The design of the living room features a combination of an arc-shaped soft-padded sofa, a movable side table and a single rocking chair, creating a more flexible and relaxed scene. It allows two people to chat and watch TV on the sofa or sit separately on the rocking chair or carpet. To enhance the sense of interaction in the space and make the small-sized apartment more transparent, we opened a window at the back of the living room, using a folding window to connect the room and the living room: when opened daily, the two areas can naturally interact and have an unobstructed view. When an independent space is needed, it can be closed. The flexible opening and closing design makes the usage scenarios more suitable for daily life needs, being both practical and convenient.

DINING ROOM

餐厅

餐厨空间的设计基于小空间的实用需求，做了轻隔断的布局：餐厅没有做封闭墙体，而是以岛台 + 圆形餐桌的布方式衔接厨房与客厅，一旁墙面的悬浮置物架则满足收纳需求，让 88㎡的小空间不显局促。餐厅顶部的圆弧形天花造型，让小户型拥有更强的设计感，同时也能让空间更灵动。

The design of the dining and kitchen space is based on the practical needs of a small space and features a light partition layout: the dining room does not have a closed wall but connects the kitchen and the living room with an island counter and a round dining table. The suspended storage rack on one side of the wall meets the storage needs, making the 88-square-meter small space not feel cramped. The arc-shaped ceiling design on the top of the dining room gives small-sized apartments a stronger sense of design and also makes the space more dynamic.

MASTER BEDROOM

主卧

简约松弛的主卧空间，延续了全屋的柔和风格，靠窗区域做了内嵌式飘窗，拓展了主卧的休闲角落，床头的竖条纹软包与墙面装饰画相呼应，让睡眠环境既安静又有温度。

The master bedroom space with a simple and relaxed feel continues the soft style of the entire house. An embedded bay window is installed in the window area, expanding the leisure corner of the master bedroom. The vertical striped soft packaging at the head of the bed echoes the wall decorative painting, making the sleeping environment both quiet and warm.
