山而· 硬装完工实录丨隅间空间设计工作室

项目是一套五室的平层住宅，居住者想要呈现出大平层开阔的的空间效果。由于原始公共区域相对封闭且面积并不大，并不能很好的满足居住者的要求，我们在设计时，尽可能的扩充整体的空间感受，以期在有限的空间里，挖掘空间更多的可能性。

The project is a five bedroom flat level residential building, and the residents want to present a spacious and open space effect with a large flat level. Due to the relatively enclosed and small size of the original public areas, they cannot fully meet the requirements of residents. Therefore, in our design, we strive to expand the overall spatial experience as much as possible, in order to explore more possibilities within the limited space.

From design consultation to on-site survey after determining intentions, to layout design, and every detail of the deepening plan is carefully considered and determined. ●硬装 设计从来都不是单一的视觉化效果呈现，全案设计更是一个“设想”+“计划”的全流程且系统化的服务过程，是解决空间限制问题并给居住者在空间之中的生活方式创造出更多的可能性，并且通过精细化的梳理对整个施工过程起到更加准确的控制，以保证前期的设想通过有序的计划变为后期现实，甚至超预期的实现。一个理想的住宅落地，离不开每一个参与者的辛勤付出，感谢每一份匠心。

Design is never a single visual presentation. Whole project design is a comprehensive and systematic service process of "conception" and "planning", which solves the problem of spatial limitations and creates more possibilities for residents’ lifestyles in the space. Through fine sorting, the entire construction process is more accurately controlled to ensure that the initial ideas are transformed into later reality through orderly planning, and even exceed expectations. An ideal residential building cannot be achieved without the hard work of every participant, and we are grateful for every bit of craftsmanship.

01客厅

—

我们砸掉了客厅西侧的一面墙，将南向次卧的部分空间和阳台纳入到客厅中来，打造开阔的客厅格局。区别于传统沙发靠墙的格局，弧形沙发置于洄游的中心，背后做整面收纳柜，告别杂乱。环游穿行，休憩静坐，观影休闲，每一种生活方式皆能随心所欲，在细节之处感知着家的舒适自在。

We smashed down a wall on the west side of the living room and incorporated some space from the south facing second bedroom and balcony into the living room, creating a spacious living room layout. Different from the traditional sofa wall layout, the curved sofa is placed in the center of the migration, with a full storage cabinet behind it, bidding farewell to clutter. Traveling around, taking a break and sitting quietly, watching movies and relaxing, every way of life can be done as you please, perceiving the comfort and ease of home in every detail.

02 餐厅 —

原始餐厨空间较为封闭，且无法容纳西厨柜，我们将餐厨空间重新布局，改造后的空间不仅做到了中西厨的分离，还拥有了一个独立的家政间以及更大的衣帽换鞋区域，极大的提升了空间的尺度感受。

The original kitchen and dining space was relatively enclosed and unable to accommodate Western kitchen cabinets. We have rearranged the kitchen and dining space, and the renovated space not only separates Chinese and Western kitchens, but also has an independent housekeeping room and a larger area for changing clothes and shoes, greatly enhancing the sense of scale in the space.

空间打开后的承重柱过于冷硬，化方为圆，视觉上更为柔和，嵌入大理石餐桌，穿插交错，成为空间中的独特的点睛之笔。

The load-bearing columns after the space is opened are too cold and hard, turning the square into a circle and visually softer. They are embedded in marble dining tables and interwoven, becoming a unique finishing touch in the space.

大理石餐桌自然的纹理如墨般泼洒，如同大自然的诗篇，细腻而深邃。金色的艺术吊灯，在头顶轻轻摇曳，照亮每一处温柔。

The natural texture of the marble dining table is like ink splashed, resembling a poem of nature, delicate and profound. The golden art chandelier gently sways overhead, illuminating every tender spot.

03厨房 —

利用原本的设备平台打造开放式厨房，极大的满足了对空间尺度的释放。隐形式移门，可开可合，满足不同情景下的使用需求。

Using the original equipment platform to create an open kitchen greatly satisfies the release of spatial scale. Invisible sliding door, can be opened or closed, meeting the needs of different scenarios.

04 家政间 —

家政间不再是家中的边缘地带，而是转变为一个充满舒适感和设计感的生活区域。打开移门时，空间更显通透开阔，关上门，作为独立空间使用，保护隐私无惧凌乱。

The housekeeping room is no longer a peripheral area in the home, but has transformed into a comfortable and well-designed living area. When the sliding door is opened, the space becomes more transparent and open. When the door is closed, it is used as an independent space to protect privacy and avoid chaos.

原本南向次卧的另一部分空间被纳入主卧，打造主卧式套房，集睡眠，休闲，洗漱，衣帽于一体。去除不必要的形式主义，质朴而自然的表达，温润而静谧，构筑舒适有度的睡眠空间，让生活回归轻盈质感。

The other part of the space originally facing south in the second bedroom has been incorporated into the master bedroom, creating a master bedroom style suite that integrates sleep, leisure, grooming, and dressing. Remove unnecessary formalism, express in a simple and natural way, warm and quiet, construct a comfortable and moderate sleeping space, and return life to a light and airy texture.

07衣帽间 —

衣帽间采用折叠门设计，衣物和物品一目了然，方便取用。抽屉柜、隔板不同排列方式、不同组合，满足不同衣物的储存需求。简约之中，见生活哲学。

The cloakroom features a folding door design, allowing for a clear view of clothing and items, making it convenient to access. Drawer cabinets, shelves, and various arrangements and combinations cater to different clothing storage needs. Simplicity embodies a philosophy of life.

08 主卫 —

简洁的线条与纯净的色彩相互交织，勾勒出空间的细腻质感，在浴缸侧面开了一扇”窗“，将自然光线引入其中，隔而不断，通透而自然。慵懒的躺在浴缸里，感受着水流的温柔抚触，去除所有疲惫，拥抱温暖。

The simple lines and pure colors interweave, outlining the delicate texture of the space. A "window" is opened on the side of the bathtub, introducing natural light into it, separated and continuous, transparent and natural. Lying lazily in the bathtub, feeling the gentle touch of the water flow, removing all fatigue, embracing warmth.

09 北次卧 —

由于次卧原本的空间并不大，我们将两个卧室打通，营造开阔的空间体验。通过弧形过渡空间打通后裸露出来的梁体，更显空间灵动柔和。温润的原木搭配清新自然的马卡龙色系书桌，于细腻中散发着最动人的情感。

Due to the limited space of the second bedroom, we connected the two bedrooms to create a spacious experience. The exposed beam body through the arc-shaped transition space highlights the flexibility and softness of the space. The warm natural wood paired with a fresh and natural macaron colored desk exudes the most touching emotions in delicacy.

10 南次卧 —

男孩房以白色为主，局部点缀蓝色，不失少年的纯真与活力，灯光与艺术挂画相映成趣，童趣与现代交织，编织着成长与梦想的诗篇。

The boy’s room is mainly white, with some areas embellished with blue, not losing the innocence and vitality of youth. The lighting and artistic paintings complement each other, interweaving childhood and modernity, weaving a poem of growth and dreams.

09 南次卧 —

次卫延续了男孩房的设计，米白色瓷砖搭配蓝色马赛克瓷砖，以流畅的设计和简洁的线条勾勒出空间的质感与活力。

The second bathroom continues the design of the boys’ room, with beige tiles paired with blue mosaic tiles, outlining the texture and vitality of the space with smooth design and simple lines.

落地比图纸更精彩—

在施工的过程中，高度还原设计离不开参与的每个人，我们一直相信，每个推敲过的节点，都会在空间中闪闪发光。

During the construction process, highly realistic design cannot be achieved without everyone involved. We have always believed that every carefully considered node will shine brightly in the space.
