The city of Niterói defined the technical study for the modernization, revitalization and economic exploitation of space. Through a Public Private Partnership (PPP), the site will be reenergized and transformed into a hub of gastronomic culture. The goal is to be a reference market in the state of Rio de Janeiro selling products from the local producers and farmers.
