滴水湖会议中心丨中国上海丨DC国际

滴水湖会议中心位于上海临港新片区南汇新城美丽的滴水滩南岛屿上， 坐拥近五万平米的花园绿地。临湖亲水，景致迷人，是临港新片区举办高规格的国际重要文化活动、会议论坛、会展及演艺活动提供重要空间的载体。

Dishui Lake Convention Center is located on the beautiful South Island of Dishui Lake in Nanhui New Town, Lin-Gang Special Area, Shanghai, with nearly 50,000 ㎡ gardens and green spaces. Close to the lake with charming scenery, it provides an important space for holding high-standard important international cultural activities, conference forums, exhibitions and performing arts activities.

本案毗邻皇冠假日酒店，其造型概念取自花朵意向；南侧游艇俱乐部整体形体与之协调统一，外形酷似树叶。基于此，在这样“一花一叶”的基地附近置入什么样的概念形态，能很好的融入南岛的整体形态而不显得突兀成为设计思考的关键点。

This project is adjacent to Crowne Plaza Hotel. Its modeling concept is taken from the intention of flower; the overall shape of the yacht club on the south side is in harmony with it, which is leaves-alike. Based on this, the key point of design and thinking is to define what kind of conceptual form should be placed near such a “one flower and one leaf” base, to be well integrated into the overall form of South Island without appearing abrupt.

设计立足滴水湖南岛整体建筑风貌，从总平面形态出发，我们提出了“南岛之果”的概念。不同于以往的设计思路，本次设计的出发点始于建筑的第五立面：通过抽象化的“饱满果实”形态，与南岛上的“一花一叶”——皇冠假日酒店和游艇俱乐部相映成趣。

The design is based on the overall architectural style of the South Island of Dishui Lake. We put forward the concept of “the Fruit of South Island” considering the general plane shape. Unlike the previous design ideas, the starting point starts from the fifth facade of the building: through the abstract “full fruit” form and “the flower and leaf” in the South Ireland —— in harmony with Crowne Plaza Hotel and Yacht Club on the South Island.

会议中心基地位置临湖亲水，设计上突出屋檐的水平延伸感，表现水边建筑轻盈优雅的立面形象。本案通过采用空间结构体系，梁菱形交错搭接， V型截面柱上下收分，犹如树枝状向上生长。束柱由外立面逐渐向上延伸到室内部分，从而实现了结构与形式的统一，让结构成为了立面造型的一个重要元素之一。

The Convention Center base is close to the lake. Its design highlights the horizontal extension of eaves, showing the light and elegant facade image of waterside buildings. In this project, the beams are staggered and overlapped, and the V-shaped cross-section columns are divided up and down by a spatial structure system, just like dendritic upward growth. The beam-column gradually extends upward from the facade to the indoor part, thus realizing the unity of structure and form and making the structure one of the crucial elements of elevation modeling.

项目深化阶段考虑到施工周期的要求以及对结构形式的反复推敲，设计团队对柱型进行了深化设计与形式优化，最终确定了V型上下收分的束柱节点。配合高达15米的整片超白玻璃幕墙，实现了建筑师“轻盈”“通透”的设计初衷，从湖边远眺犹如一把在水边撑起的伞。

In the development stage of the project, considering the requirements of the construction period and the repeated scrutiny of the structural form, the design team developed the design and optimized the shape of the column. The design team finally choose a V-shaped beam-column node. With the whole ultra-white glass curtain wall as high as 15m, the architect’s original design intention of “lightness” and “transparency” has been realized, like an umbrella propped up by the water while overlooking the lake.

在景观设计上，项目利用基地周边现有景观草坡，在场地内形成自然的高差，使建筑掩映在周边景观之中，与岛上现有景观融为一体。将贵宾区布置于东侧二层，朝向滴水湖湖心景观，充分利用周边优越的景观资源。

In the landscape design, the project takes the existing landscape grass slope around the base to form a natural height difference.  Therefore, the building is hidden in the surrounding landscape and integrated with the existing landscape on the island. The VIP area is arranged on the second floor on the east side, facing the landscape of Dishui Lake, which makes full use of the superior landscape resources around it.

整个会议中心总建筑面积约为7500平方米，设计将主会议厅布置于整个建筑的中心，主会议厅可容纳1200个座位。会场主入口位于北侧，通过入口广场实现人流的引导与疏散。东侧为会场次入口，与景观广场形成轴线关系。南侧沿湖设置贵宾休息厅，偏于一隅形成较为私密安静的空间氛围。会场后勤区布置于景观资源相对较弱的西侧。除了论坛时期作为会场使用外，整个功能布局还可以满足宴会厅、展览空间、及活动场地的不同需求。

The total construction area of the whole Convention Center is about 7,500 ㎡. The main conference hall is in the center of the entire building, which can accommodate 1,200 seats. The main entrance of the venue is located on the north side, and people can be guided and evacuated through the entrance square. The east side is the hall entrance, which forms an axial relationship with the landscape square. VIP Lounge is set up along the lake on the south side, which creates a corner with a more private and quiet space atmosphere. The logistics area of the venue is arranged on the west side, where the landscape resources are relatively weak. Besides its function as a venue during the forum period, the whole functional layout can also meet the different needs of banquet halls, exhibition spaces and activity venues.

不同于以往从设计、深化到施工较长的开发周期，南岛会议中心从概念设计到最后施工完成运营仅仅五个月的时间，这对设计团队是一个极大的挑战。整个项目虽然规模不大，但是设计团队在极有限的设计周期内，满足功能需求的同时又能对结构形式进行深入研究，最终实现功能与形式、结构相结合，完美的融入到整个南岛的环境中去，这对建筑师而言是一次十分有意义的尝试。

Unlike the long development cycle from design, deepening to construction in the past, the South Island Convention Center took only five months from conceptual design to final construction, which was a great challenge for the design team. Although the scale of the whole project is not large, it is a significant attempt for the design team to meet the functional requirements, conduct in-depth research on the structural form within a limited design cycle, and finally realize the combination of function, form, and structure to be perfectly integrated into the entire South Island.
