Firstly, modern times call for modern architecture. So, the modernisation of 1 and 3 Dorp Street was required. As a result, we created a new reception area to organise the entry to the two buildings. Natural stone and wood were offset by modern, clean materials. This created a space which met the corporate standards required by the brief and office space in the Cape Town City Centre.
