Next to the highway the building copies its kinetic character. It is thought to be perceived at fast speed. It is a large "worm" of more than 200 m., with a kinetic facade using stainless steel meshes.

El edificio, situado junto a la vía de cintura, recoge este carácter cinético y está pensado para ser percibido a cierta velocidad. Es un gran "gusano" de más de 200 m. con una fachada cinética mediante mallas de acero inoxidable.
