The site for beer production has been deliberately considered as a "part of the landscape", a fragment of territory where art and culture, innovation and tradition, agriculture and industry, blend into an assembly that has to balance different and varied aspects. We wanted to overthrow the classic concept of a production plant or industrial shed, trying to give it first of all a soul, an architectural dress that could communicate with the naturalistic context but at the same time be able to thrill. The building casing that contains the function and function that exalts the aesthetics.
