This project involved the design of a new 4000 SF custom home with a detached guesthouse/ garage, pool, recreational barn and tennis court. The Dry Creek Estate is positioned at the top of a grassy knoll on a 10 acre site with expansive Dry Creek Valley views. The property is steeply graded and surrounded with trees along its perimeter. The central great room opens on to the pool and partially covered patio with panoramic vineyard views to the north and east, while bedrooms on the south and west sides of the house face more intimate, wooded views. Sustainable design was a high priority and every attempt was made to use the most energy efficient systems and materials.
