Space miracle in the listed housing estate The ensemble-protected terraced house in a picturesque Munich settlement area at the turn of the century with only 85 square meters of living space was to become the new home for a family of four. Clever constructive and spatial conversions as well as compact installations on all four floors made it possible to optimize the spatial situation and to fulfill the wishes of the building owners. With the feeling of the building owners, a very personal dream home has become a reality despite special space constraints.
