The project succeeds through its compact volume, which reacts carefully to the existing terrain and accommodates the various terrain quotas. To the outside, the residential house presents itself in a single material. All the closed facades, as well as the slightly inclined saddle roof were outfitted with dark wood. In the interior, however, different materials such as concrete, wood and plaster are used. Thanks to the carefully selected material, the building harmoniously fits into the rural landscape. The dwelling unit is organized on two upper and two underground levels.
