Clockwork Architecture+Design has designed the new headquarters of construction company JE Dunn Construction, located in Atlanta, Georgia.JE Dunn Construction opened their new Atlanta Georgia offices after a fast paced renovation of this early 1970’s modern classic. The project utilized several trending construction techniques, including Target Value Design, Integrated Project Delivery and Lean Construction through a seamless collaboration between JE Dunn Construction and Clockwork Architecture + Design.

Embracing a new paradigm in workplace design and facility performance, JE Dunn has embarked on a steep trajectory with their incredibly progressive workplace.In concert with JE Dunn’s enduring commitment to sustainability, this new workplace environment was designed to satisfy the requirements of LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council, but doesn’t stop there as they engage many aspects put forth from the Living Building Challenge.
