RMW architecture & interiors has designed the new offices of cloud applications and services company Oracle, located in Santa Clara, California.Oracle’s Santa Clara campus had been a 95% closed office environment since it was originally owned and occupied by Sun Microsystems in the 1990’s. In 2014, RMW was engaged to add two buildings (9 and 10) to the existing campus, buildings to introduce the new Oracle Workplace.

Designed to convey the same timeless architectural aesthetic as the company’s worldwide headquarters in Redwood Shores, California, the project entailed a heavy lab/chamber use facility (30,861 sf) and a separate 3 story office building (115,877 (GSF) sf 109,881 (USF) sf) to support a new, flexible and more mobile work style.
