这个项目的设计目的是为了反应出这个公司的客户的特色。因为是高端的房地产，所谓我们被要求去设计一个女性化的、别致的而又精致的空间。我们被要求在适当的地方融入现代的阿拉伯元素。这个空间中的所有区域都被设计成了私人的、奢华的环境，以便去迎接高知名度的客户。在入口大厅处，访客们会立马看到一个温柔的、高雅的定做环境。我们选择了极度奢华的地面装饰来与房地产部门所期望的常规的粗糙、结实而又冷酷的商业环境形成对比。

我们将内部的间隔削弱了，以便于自然的光线能够在整个空间中传播。镜子的使用也有助于我们客服空间相对狭小的缺点，并让空间感觉更舒适和足够宽敞。在选中最终设计之前，我们尝试了9中不同的窗花设计。含金属的装饰再加上一个传统的阿拉伯元素让办公室看起来更现代和时髦。

This project was intended to reflect the nature of this company’s clientele. Involved in high-end real estate we were asked to design a feminine, chic and sophisticated space. We were asked to incorporate modern Arabic elements where appropriate.All areas of this space were designed to allow for receiving high profile clients in a private and luxurious environment.From the entrance lobby the visitor is immediately greeted with a soft, elegant and bespoke environment. Extremely luxurious floor finishes were chosen to offer contrast to the normal harsh, firm and cold commercial environments expected within the real estate sector.

We have lowered the internal partitions to allow natural light to extend throughout the space. The use of mirrors have also helped us overcome the relatively small space and kept the space feeling comfortable and sufficiently spacious.We tested 9 different Mashrabiya designs before settling on the final design. The metallic finish kept this looking modern and chic whilst adding a traditionally Arabic element.
