位于美国纽约的Lair East，是一个新开的联合办公空间，它将顶级投资者和全球的创业者们联系在了一起。这个由Homepolish设计公司的设计师Megan Grehl打造的办公室，座落在纽约一栋SoHo大厦里。房子原先就是简单的毛坯，带有一个倾斜的天花板，如果这个也算装饰品的话。Homepolish的设计师Megan Grehl，把这里进行了改头换面的彻底改造。

在他的巧妙构思下，这里变成了一个能够展示纽约建筑特色的漂亮办公场所。钢框玻璃做成的隔断将会议区隔开，同时更凸显出了那个倾斜的屋顶。用可回收木材以及金属做成的接待吧，体现出了布鲁克林特有的工艺和文化。办公室里的那些亚洲风格艺术品，好像是在含蓄的衬托该办公室比较东方化的名字。

Lair East is a newly opened coworking space in New York City that offers workspace, connection to top investors & global entrepreneurial network to its members. It is located in a SoHo loft which was recently successfully redesigned by Homepolish designer, Megan Grehl.Originally, the office was an empty white shell, with little in terms of decoration save for a slanted tin ceiling. Homepolish’s Megan Grehl came in to completely overhaul the space.

Megan worked around this to create a beautiful space that emphasizes the distinctly New York architecture. Glass and steel partitions separate the conference spaces while accentuating the slanted ceiling. A reception bar of reclaimed wood and metal reflects the Brooklyn makers culture. And Asian art is layered throughout, a subtle nod to the office’s name.
