Design Republic团队为纽约的xAD营销公司，在当地设计了一间新办公室。因为采用了开放式的空间布局，这个办公室显得通透明亮：这里没有单独的办公间，只有玻璃做成的会议室，就连公司CEO也可以与才招收进来的实习生们坐在一张长椅上办公。室内唯一的那一面固定墙上，贴着《沃利藏哪儿了》的大贴画，这堵墙的作用是将开放式的办公室与接待前台隔开。

为了使xAD移动营销公司不断向前迈进，才华横溢的员工们也需要时刻不忘奋斗，因此，他们需要的是一个喧闹的能够不断为他们提供前行动力的办公场所。这一理念反映在xAD公司那鼓励人们更好交流合作的绿色带孔隔板上、墙壁的图案上、甚至还在生动的苔藓地台上。绿色在整个空间处处都有体现，包括那订制的家具物件，还有柔软的座位区以及会议桌之间的那面墙。

Design Republic has developed the new office space for location-based marketing firm xAd located in New York City.Transparency starts with an open floor plan: no offices, glass meeting rooms, and the CEO sharing a bench with this season’s interns. The only solid walls, dividing reception from the open office, are covered in a reflective version of Where’s Waldo (naturally).

To stay relentless, the talented team at this always-on, mobile advertising company needed a space infused with rambunctious energy. It radiates from the xAd green incorporated in perforated partitions, wall graphics, and even a live moss installation.The green also punctuates the entire space in a custom millwork piece alternating between upholstered booths and meeting tables.
