After ten years of collaboration, Fran?ois Defrain and Olivier Souquet founded the DE-SO agency in 2005. Three times winner of the Europan competitions and rewarded by the New Albums of Young Architects (NAJA), the agency has since developed a wide field of skills, ranging from public facilities to urban planning studies.
