2004年，罗灵杰和龙慧祺共同成立壹正企划，作为设计总监的两人让壹正企划成为一家屡获国际大奖的香港设计公司，其设计项目包括电影院、餐厅、零售店、会所、销售中心等，更是涉足品牌及产品设计。壹正企划从成立至今，已经获得666项国际大奖，颁奖地区来自美国、德国、意大利、英国、日本、韩国和中国。

OPENUU is an award-winning interdisciplinary design studio founded in 2011 that established its presence in Hong Kong in 2012, through the leadership of design duo, Caroline Chou, and Kevin Lim.
