OHLAB is an award-winning office devoted to urban analysis and cultural research of contemporary society through design, architectural practice and urban strategy. OHLAB is currently working in the design of different hospitality, residential and retail projects in Spain and abroad and has several projects presently under construction.

OOIIO is an international team of architects, designers and engineers engaged in finding this special “I don´t know what it is” that makes a work unique, exciting and able for transmit sensations on a way that a vulgar work will never get. In OOIIO we know that not every construction is architecture. We do architecture. OOIIO creative process is completely open and random. When we start a project we never know how it will end, what will come out, that’s why we introduced throughout the design process countless stimulus and references from any kind that may improve the final design. These are usually unexpected and we find them everywhere, like in the geometry of a mineral that seems attractive, a traditional dish of the place where the project is built, the shape and colors of a vase, a tree or a graffiti that we found painted on a wall.

OLARQ’s work has been awarded and nominated several times to the Mallorca Architecture Prize. Our projects have caught the press’ attention and are published in architecture books and magazines.

OOAA is an Architecture Studio founded in 2011 and directed by Iker Ochotorena. Our work is based on each project ́s specific and unique conditions, its context and the client ́s aspirations.

OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen was founded in 2002 by Kersten Geers and David Van Severen. OFFICE is renowned for its idiosyncratic architecture, in which realisations and theoretical projects stand side by side. The projects are direct, spatial and firmly rooted in architectural theory. The firm reduces architecture to its very essence and most original form: a limited set of basic geometric rules is used to create a framework within which life unfolds out in all its complexity.
