We specialized in design houses with a modular & Concrete-made Soul. Casas inHAUS is based in Valencia and starts its activity in 2014. We have a Catalog with 111 Models of Concrete Premium Quality Houses. All of them, totally bespoke with a turnkey concept. We developed our technical system, EMOHA and we work with our team to design and build the houses. Our EMOHA technical system is for Energy-Efficient Home Design. Thanks to the EMOHA technical system, our houses travel everywhere. We can produce 0% waste in the factory and low waste on the costumer´s plot Our clients receive the house " as falling from the sky" just in 5 months. Our factory process is 100% automatized process and we have 100% Controlled Production. We work with the Closed Price & Timing philosophy. Design, Quality & Management is our mantra. We included in the prize the project & Manufacturing, is a Full Service. We design High-End Design Modular Concrete Houses because we love Architecture and we feel that the future is modular.
