目前在日本大阪Umeda区，很多大型的商场都在兴建，这个美甲店Nail Station位于其中一个受欢迎的商场里面。该品牌的入驻意味着设计的更新，这家店就是为了介绍其新设计。因此，设计该店的基本条件就是使其大老远就能被人认出，并且来一次就想再光顾。比如，表面的材料是打马赛克格的玻璃芯片，十分清晰并且立体，首先摆成了品牌的首字母“N”。至于室内呢，白色是基本颜色，还有专门为椅子搭配的橙色。由于美甲的时间较长，为了让顾客的视觉不单调，还布置不同大小的方框，里面是和美甲有关的产品以及季节性产品作为装饰。这些看起来很细小，不过确实十分重要的考虑，可以让顾客在这次珍贵的体验里面感到舒适。墙纸上印上了欧洲宫殿式生活，表达出时尚的生活方式。用水晶玻璃做的吊灯和镜子的搭配能让这个有限的空间看起来更加宽敞。

Nowadays, an increasing number of large shopping malls are constructed in Umeda area, Osaka, Japan, and this nail salon “NAIL STATION” is located in one of those popular malls. The brand had just renewed its shop design and this Umeda shop was the introduction for this new design in the region. Therefore, the postulate for the design was visibility from distance and memorability after one’s first visit. For example, the material covering the facade was glass mosaic tile chips, which were clear and three-dimensional, arranged to show the letter of “N” as the initial of the brand. For the interior, putting white as the base color, the CI color of fresh orange were set for chairs.

Keeping the eyesight of guests out of monotony,as they needed to stay in same place for long time for the nail treatment, various sizes of frames were arranged and, inside of it, nail related products and seasonal items were put as decoration. These seems subtle but important deliberation to make guests feel comfortable during their precious treatment. Also, the European palace like graphic was printed onto the wallpaper to express the fashionable lifestyle. And, the successive pendant light made by crystal glass peaces with mirror added the depth for the limited space.
