Tegelgroep Nederland has now established itself at the pannenhuis II industrial estate in Bemmel.

The new distribution center was developed by real estate group Goodman.

Tegelgroep Nederland supplies wall and floor tiles in the Netherlands and Belgium and has combined three of its existing warehouses in one place. By combining everything in one distribution center, Tegelgroep Nederland can better serve its customers and they can realize savings through lower transport costs.

The ultra-modern distribution center will meet high sustainability standards. Goodman started construction of the distribution center with VDR Bouwgroep in May 2019. The new logistics center will be strategically located in Bemmel, in the middle of the Arnhem / Nijmegen region. It is 2 km from the A15, which will connect Rotterdam with Germany in the future as a result of the planned connection between the A15 and A12 motorways.

ArcelorMittal, with its Specials department, has been able to contribute to the facade in the form of 55mm high point profiles. B&W architecten is responsible for the entire design and has managed to create a special facade by using three different colors. In addition, the

Isis 55 point profiles

have been mounted in various ways to create a particularly playful effect.
