山东青岛东方龙域别墅，空间魔法打造宽境生活

如何让空间局促的联排别墅中间户产生类似独栋的空间感受？

这是一个考验设计师空间塑造能力的难题。

本案虽然是联排别墅，但可能为了多产出房间，原建筑每个空间都被分割的很小，上下三层整体看起来犹如三个小平层的叠加，失去了别墅特有的空间通透感。

清泓营造设计团队认为空间是建筑的骨架，装饰是建筑的表皮，只有理好了骨架，附着其上的表皮才能相得益彰，所以本案设计的重点就在于对原有空间进行再塑造。

How to make the townhouse withlimited space feel like a single villa? For designers， This is a difficult problem to test the ability of space shaping.Although this case is a townhouse, it is possible that in order to produce morerooms, each space of the original building is divided very small. The upper andlower three floors look like the superposition of three small flat floors,losing the unique sense of space transparency of the villa. Qinghongconstruction design team believes that the space is the skeleton of thebuilding, and the decoration is the skin of the building. Only when theskeleton is properly arranged and the skin attached to it can complement eachother. Therefore, the focus of this design problem  is to reshape theoriginal space.

业主一家人热情好客，时常有亲朋来访，一楼客餐厅需要有足够的空间来承载家族欢聚、朋友Party等社交活动，

原建筑中入户门内凹，浪费了门廊区域的面积，迎门就是一个卫生间，采光通风都不好，而且门正冲客厅沙发。设计团队大破大立，把入户门外移，使门廊区域纳入室内，在保留结构承重柱的基础上，拆除了卫生间和隔墙，使得原本才25平米的客厅摇身变成44平米的宽境方正大客厅。

The owner'sfamily is hospitable and often visited by relatives and friends. The livingroom and dinning  on the first floor needs enough space to carryfamily gatherings, friends parties and other social activities. In the originalbuilding, the entrance door is concave, which wastes the area of the porcharea. The front door is a toilet, with poor lighting and ventilation, and thedoor is flushing the living room sofa. The Qinghong  design team made abig breakthrough, moved the entrance door and the porch area into the interior.On the basis of retaining the structural load-bearing column, so thebathroom and partition wall were removed, making the original living room of 25square meters shake into a 44 square square meter wide living room. 

设计团队又采用体块构成的手法，设计了具有悬浮感的电视背景墙，

消隐了拆墙后显得突兀的结构柱。餐厅外墙外移2米多，在餐厅和厨房净面积分别增加的同时，公共卫生间也得以成功被隐藏到楼梯旁边。客厅区局部下沉，丰富了

空间层次，也使得餐厅区居高临下，同时拥有了两

面自然园景视野，模糊了景观和室内的界限。

通过空间重塑，整个一楼空间布局焕然一新。

The Qinghong design team also adopted the method of building blocks to design the TV background wall with a sense of suspension and to eliminate the structural columns that appear abrupt after the wall is demolished. The exterior wall of the dining room has been moved more than 2 meters, and the net area of the dining room and kitchen has been 

increased respectively. At the same time, the public toilet has also been successfully hidden beside the stairs. The living room area has partially sunk, which enriches the spatial level, and also makes the dining room area stay at the top, with two natural garden views. Through the space reconstruction, the entire first floor space have a new look.

为了塑造三楼主人房五星级酒店总统套房的空间感受，设计团队把原有的阳台纳入室内，拆除了空间内的隔墙，采用更加通透的玻璃移门来做空间分割。

超大的衣帽间与主卧可分可组，空间上融为一体，又为女主人预留了充足的收纳空间。

卫生间隐形门的设计使立面更加干净整洁。

In order to create the spaceexperience of the presidential suite of the five-star hotel on the third floor,the design team brought the original balcony into the room, removed thepartition wall in the space, and used a more transparent glass sliding door todivide the space. The super large cloakroom and the master bedroom can bedivided into groups. The space is integrated into one, and sufficient storagespace is reserved for the hostess. The design of the invisible door in thetoilet makes the building facadec more cleaner.

According to the life experienceof different family members, the design team customized the private space withdifferent feelings. The decoration style is full of modern sense, and the colormatching is harmonious and unified, so that every family member can immerse init.
