典雅而不奢华，这是时尚摩登的诱惑，更是轻奢里体会细腻精致的视觉感，给予每个人平淡中感悟自由灵魂里的幸福时光。本案设计师唐玛国际林开春和杨楊运用自己对生活的独到见解，将美式宽大、舒适杂糅进自由、随意的特质，去除多余造作的修饰与约束，保留了欧罗巴的奢侈与贵气，给予了家中风景如画，却不失实用性的空间品位。

Elegant but not luxurious, this is the temptation of modern fashion, but also the delicate visual sense in the light luxury, giving everyone a feeling of happiness in the soul of freedom in the plain. The designers of this case, Tang Ma international, Lin Kaichun and Yang Yang used their own unique views on life. They mixed American magnanimity and comfort into the characteristics of freedom and randomness, removed the redundant artificial decoration and constraints, retained the luxury and noble spirit of Europa, and gave the space taste of picturesque but practical space。

在这个有着83平方公共区的精品大宅中，处处凝结着自由不羁的生活情调，冷色系的白调和暖色系的褐色调相互碰撞，让空间呈现出不一样的精彩，从中呈现出的是业主自身的主张与生活方式，设计出简洁清晰，且富有质感的高层望海空间。

In this boutique mansion with 83 square meters of public area, the free and uninhibited life sentiment is condensed everywhere. 走进品茶区，它延续了清爽明快的线条处理方式，在软装的配搭上，利用带有铜色金属质感的家具配饰，细腻的质感清新脱俗但不失高贵典雅。在色彩的搭配上力求明朗恬静的氛围，追求的是一种温和柔美的空间效果。

卧室追求的是文化氛围里的贵族气质，在空间处理上，从主人的私密空间出发，设计师考虑更多的是功能性与实用舒适性，温馨柔软的成套灰色布艺的装点，与冷灰色的门框相互辉映，让布艺的天然质感与美式风格协调统一，而随处装点的布沙发、木沙发、撞色饰品、盆栽、装饰小画等，一股轻奢美式的休闲风凸显而出。
