东京银座高级休息室丨日本东京丨NMRL

延续杉本将旧的材料融入现代设计的理念，NMRL设计了东京银座的一个高级休息室。休息室的入口处是一面10宽的黑色石膏外墙，这面墙体由工匠手工上漆，不均匀的色彩像一幅抽象画，加上镀锡铁板制成的菱状门，让顾客可以充分体会工艺的美感。

Continuing Sugimoto's philosophy of incorporating old materials into modern design, NMRL has designed a luxury lounge in Tokyo's Ginza district. The entrance to the lounge is a 10-wide black plaster wall, hand-painted in uneven colors like an abstract painting, with tin-plated diamond doors that allow customers to fully appreciate the beauty of the craft.

为了在没有开口的商业空间给顾客一种开敞的感觉，杉本在休息室设计了大面积的窗户，并用极具代表性的屏风覆盖窗户，让柔和的光线得以进入室内。主空间的螺旋椅来自杉本在表参道的Sasha Kanetanaka项目，这些在平面上宛如梅花花瓣的座椅与圆桌搭配，有意识的给顾客留下“花”的印象。

To give customers a feeling of openness in a commercial space with no openings, Sugimoto designed large areas of Windows in the lounge and covered them with representative screens to allow soft light into the interior. The spiral chairs in the main space are from Sugimoto's Sasha Kanetanaka project in Omotesando. These seats, which resemble the petals of plum blossoms on the plane, are paired with round tables to create a conscious impression of "flowers".
