上海 28 平米精致小树屋 | 空间利用与自然融合的典范

一个小住宅的设计装修项目，小区的房子是1920年代建造的，后来在1990年代按照原来里弄的样式修建，本案是位于老公房的顶楼，室内面积为28平米， 加上10平米的阳光房露台。

男女主人和刚上小学的小孩的三口之家，已经住了5年的装修布局已经不能满足现在及未来的生活。第一次去业主家让人眼前一亮的是露台的东南侧有几颗树冠巨大的枫杨树，春夏秋季时窗外是一整面绿葱葱的景色。

Thee House this is a renovation project of a small home located on top floor of a 1990s communal residence resembling the style of the buildings from 1920s in its community.

the floor area is 28 sqm with a 10 sqm terrace. The major demand is to settle a family of three in limited space.

During the first visit, the wingnut trees (Pterocarya stenoptera) surrounding the whole terrace impressed the designer much. It was then renovated as the major living area of the home.

在动笔设计前，我们与业主商量决定先把现有的装修全部拆除干净，只保留结构部分，当天花吊顶拆除后，看到了顶楼三面斜坡的木结构屋顶，三个三角衍架木梁斜跨其中，情况并没有所想象的乐观，对计划做阁楼的设计增加了不少难度。拆除工程之后，我们对现场进行了仔细的勘查及测量，将这老房子的空间和所有的构件原样绘制于CAD和三维模型中。

先进行拆除的方式能清楚的判断对老房子的维修方法，也保证设计方案的精确性，从而大大提高了之后的效率。

要在这样的小空间内满足一个家庭基本生活，需要在空间布局上精打细算。因此我们把卫生间、厨房、寝室、衣帽间组合成为一个小型盒体建筑，根据主人日常生活的行为状态，每一个房间及橱柜的尺寸都布置的非常紧凑，在对主人现有及将有的电器及生活用品做了调研后，对收纳设计进行了严密的布置。走廊则成为了连接起这几个房间的主动线空间。

By peeling of the old decoration completely, leaving only the fundamental structure, the team is able to give precise measurement and make 3D model of the space in an efficient and accurate way.

设计上采用了之前『Bright Room』项目的手法，也是建筑家小嶋一浩先生的“黑／白”空间设计理论。“黑”空间的紧凑布局是为了更好的服务于“白”空间，让家人聚集的起居室空间变得更为舒适。

露台成为了起居室空间，是一家人日常的休息、用餐，工作、写作业、弹琴、会客等的复合场所。选用了一款客餐厅两用沙发桌椅，60公分桌面高度兼具餐桌、茶几、工作桌等用途，在紧凑的空间内也能够享受舒适。

Inspired by the “black” and “white” (Yin & Yang) theory of a famed Japanese architect Kazuhiro Kojima, the intensely arranged area in a plan is considered to be the black space, in this case, the bathroom, bedroom, storage and kitchen are designed into a box area, each size of the units is carefully calculated to balance between the limits and capacities. Meanwhile, all unites are linked and accessed through one corridor; On the contrary, an airy, stretching living area(white space) is then made possible. Gathering, dining, working and all other leisure activities could happen in this multifunctional area with a nice view of the trees constantly.

推开窗户、杨枫树叶触手可及，坐在靠窗的写字桌前感受自然的氛围，心情也随之更好。

房间上面的阁楼是小孩的寝台和活动空间，在走廊和衣帽间处安装了两个爬梯，这里是属于小主人的空间，经常会带着小伙伴们在这里玩耍，在裸露的木梁间穿行就犹如在丛林中穿行，木梁上也逐渐的被挂上了各种好玩的物品。

这次设计通过整理和规划，架构出新的房间和空间秩序的同时，也延续了老房子特有的元素，露台屋顶的木梁和木窗架都由胡桃木实木制成，与老房子木梁结构屋顶的元素相互协调，由胡桃木制成双层中空玻璃窗，也采用了传统的推窗形式。

The children’s room in the attic is actually the roof the boxed area. It can be reached by different ladders mounted in both storage and corridor. The wooden truss structure of the roof above the attic is not only a nostalgic being of the historical atmosphere of the neighborhood but also a playful element for the kids and gradually decorated with curious objects.

By rearranging the routine and utility of each module in limited area, the potential of space is activated and delicacy is not necessarily compromised.

与我们长期配合施工队的师傅是有着多年丰富经验的海门木匠，对木窗的榫卯结构非常熟悉。施工期间每周两次来工地监理，多次在现场和师傅们讨论施工工艺后，不断调整设计细节，在现场用身体感受到的是最真实的设计，最终结果证明这样的方法也是正确的。

在日本有很多狭小住宅空间的经典案例，有关狭小住宅空间的书籍和设计竞赛也很多，在空间面积有限的条件下，怎么设计出合理并且有意思的住宅是建筑系学生和建筑师们永恒的课题，家不仅可以大而奢华，也可以小而精致。
