Hokkaido must be a showcase for 21st century Japan. Therefore, the essence of traditional Japanese dining is elevated to the heights of modernity. The nature-inspired décor and finely crafted food we’ve come to expect from Japanese cuisine is melded with abstract art, minimalist design and premium furnishings. We hope it could bring the difference To customers, attract their curiosity and attention to this new place.

Hokkaido’s exterior acts like a beacon. Soft, warm colors don restaurants outer façade , drawing customer attention from far away and contrasting Hokkaido from the stores around it.
