Designers took a fresh approach to design, creating a democratic and boutique look while retaining minimalistic monumentality – an ideal environment for eating meat. Wooden oak panels, contrasting with the stone, designer wooden furniture, and lamps made of yellowish borosilicate tubes resembling candles – add warmth to the interior. The venue’s special atmosphere is created by the use of a genuine-leather capitonnage that lines the lamps over several tables and stitches bar stools, chairs and pillows. The plaster sculptures of meat animals’ heads in the windows – the Meat Head’s calling card.
