Dryy Garment Care revolutionizes the dry cleaning industry with an innovative retail concept that encourages personal interactions with knowledgeable staff and connects people through community events. CORE architecture + design studied factors such as convenience, customer loyalty, the effects of mobile apps, and concierge services to deliver a prototype design that fine-tunes Dryy’s operating model and establishes a strong visual identity for the brand. Pulling inspiration from laundering equipment, geometric layering and rounded rail elements are incorporated into the design to convey a modern and intuitive experience. Numerous programmatic elements, such as a consultation zone and education wall, actively engage the customer.
