《夏日鸟》餐厅丨CORE architecture + design

A modern twist on Americana, the new fast-casual dining prototype Summerbird celebrates the American love affair with crispy and grilled chicken and the nostalgia of summertime. Designed for regional and national expansion, the carefree eatery takes inspiration from the playful energy of Summer, blending bright colors, warm lighting, and vibrant greenery with natural woods. The wood ceiling of the main counter tilts upward like a concession stand that declares it is open for the season. A tall garage door creates an indoor-outdoor space flanked by custom lampposts inspired by park lights. The municipal pool-inspired mosaic tile mural above the beverage station encourages customers to “Please Dive In” to this summer experience.
