Centrally located near the banking district and the city center, embedded in the exclusive complex of the mainBuilding, the Conference Center offers multimedia conference areas with a high standard of flexibility, quality and functionality.

Thanks to the four newly designed conference rooms, which can be accessed from a common plaza, a communicative place has been created that promotes the exchange of ideas creating an adequate space for this.

Not only the restructuring of the existing building has contributed to the successful implementation of this new concept, but also the redesign of the furniture, as well as a renewed color concept, which meets the new demands on the conference center. Light and light installations were also used playfully. While a continuous light line on the ceiling guides the visitor from the foyer into the conference center, a dynamically staged photograph welcomes the visitor. The integration in a light box gives the image a very special effect.

From the lounge area, which is located between the multi-functional furniture and the facade, one has a good view of the various meeting rooms and of the inner courtyard with its calm and harmonious design. The space-structuring furniture forms the center piece of the plaza. It combines meeting point, checkroom, bar and thus becomes a multifunctional piece of furniture. It is both a place to linger and a meeting point. The special interplay of light, surfaces and textures gives the furniture additional depth, giving the room its unique characteristic.

Each of the four meeting rooms has its own charm and meets the different demands of the visitors. Depending on the requirements, it is possible to rent the appropriate room via a newly integrated room booking system. The differentiated use of room-high, profile-free glass partitions creates visual relationships that provide an insight into the lively working environment, breaking up the classic conference situation and significantly improving the rooms layout.

One meeting room is located right beside the plaza, which creates a connection from inside to outside through the glass partition wall, which underlines the claim of the Conference Center functioning as a place for communication. In addition to the two generously glazed seminar rooms, visitors can also use another smaller, high-quality meeting room which also features an integrated Smartboard. A fourth room, designed as a drop-out, offers the visitors a separate place to brainstorm together without being completely separeted from the outside world.
