The challenge consisted in designing the corporate spaces for one of the most successful and renowned entrepreneurship companies in Costa Rica. Our TACTIC, was to generate an ecosystem of collaborative spaces inside a confined, closed industrial space originally thought for the mass production of ice creams, that could serve as a link between the company´s collaborators  and the spatial experience. We were aiming for spaces that could foster creative thinking and teamwork to narrow people´s relationships.

As any successful entrepreneurship, the growth rhythm of the company has been accelerating rapidly and non stop, so our client demanded an open space with the potential to vary in time, flexible to the ever changing conditions of the market and their business. Our material answer aimed to be flexible and responsive, always oriented towards the company´s productivity with the use of low budget and low maintenance construction materials and finishes.

The program consisted in administrative spaces, finance, production and marketing, working stations for at least 15 people, meeting rooms, kitchenette and entertainment spaces.
