This project is an office and high-pile warehouse building with a hybrid structural system. The two-story office space is cladded in concrete tilt wall using a traditional structural steel system while the warehouse and shop areas are constructed using PEMB structure along with metal panel cladding.

This building consists of: 15,428 sf of office space, 40,120 sf of enclosed warehouse space, and an additional 7,873 sf of outside storage area; all under one roof. Within the warehouse, supplementary design programs were integrated: fabrication shops, welding shops, product assembly areas, and high-pile storage areas.
