One and Three Riverway are two Class A office towers located in the prestigious Houston Galleria area and are a part of the larger Riverway complex which includes the Omni Houston. Unilev approached Goree’s Landlord Services Team to design two office suites in Three Riverway.

The pre-built suites were designed for potential tenants looking for a quick move-in and made to help the leasing team sell the leasable space in the building. Goree was challenged with designing attractive offices which could appeal to many types of clients across various industries. The photographed suite houses a large reception area, an open area for workstations, a breakroom with solid surface counters and backsplash, a large conference room with upgraded down and pendant lighting, and 11 private offices with floor to ceiling glass to let as much natural light through the space as possible.
