In a former industrial area , near the Metro terminal, a new commercial structure with a strong urban character.

Image, often prevalent in standardized container full of the colors of the “brands” architecture contrasts with a strong identity in the open space.The new pedestrian area at the entrance of the property has a scan of the shelters to tree.
