客户是一家广告媒体公司，北京总部位于达美中心写字楼，共计300平米，客户希望拥有一个年轻，优雅，兼备功能性的办公环境。

我们从开放办公区域开始设计，客户要求有40个办公座位、3个独立办公室、前台、会议室、等候区、茶水间。

设计风格

根据客户提出的两组不同关键词：

年轻，清新，时尚 | 优雅、别致，复古

我们把两个不同方案的设计理念融合在一起。在风格上我们选择了工业风格和50年代复古风格。

工业风格为开放式办公区域，50年代复古风格为其余区域

一进门是永恒的优雅感觉，我们采用了SPTUNIK枝形吊灯、几何图案地砖和混凝屋顶

私

人办公室是一个浪漫的时代风格，办公家具采用了樱桃木框架镶嵌奇幻的热带壁纸和水纹玻璃门。会议室也是现代与复古风相结合的设计理念，采用的几何撞色图案地毯和渐变颜色壁纸，整个框架也是采用亮光的樱桃木。

空间设计方案

作为

一个广告媒体公司，我们希望将工作空间与生活空间相结合，这就是为什么在整个办公室中间设计了能与其它办公区域相邻的茶水间，开放式办公区域，等候区，前台。设计理念具有卓越的“家居风格”，试图消除了工作与生活之间的距离，创造出更时尚、独特和舒适的办公环境，同时我们把茶水间和等候区设计成一个非独立的空间，客户在等候的同时也可以方便的享用一些饮品，也可以作为一个临时会议室，甚至可以举办小型聚会，因此我们设计了一个滑动的屏风，在有必要的时候可以将茶水间和等候区分开或合并。

In this project client is a media marketing company. Their work is dynamic, fastand always up to date on market trends. In their headquarter in Beijing in DaMei center, 300 sqm, they wanted to have a young, but elegant environment, matching functionality and simplicity with a touch of glamour.

Space considerations: 

We started to designfrom the open office area, the requirement was to have 40 seats plus threeindependent offices, a front desk a meeting room and a pantry. 

As a young office we wanted to match the working space with the life space that's why wedesign the pantry in the middle of the whole office adjacent to all the otherfunctions, to the open office area, to the waiting area, to the front desk. The pantry designed with a remarkable "home kind of style" try to eliminate the distance between work and personal life creating a cozierenvironment. At the same time also the waiting area is meant to enjoy the pantryarea to create an informal space where clients could wait and maybe have somedrinks or even have small meetings around the pantry table in a cozier spacethan a meeting room. Therefore we designed a sliding panel that couldeventually be moved to divide the pantry space from the rest of the office inthree different positions.

Style consideration: 

For the style we choseto integrate two different directions, according to the two different key-wordsfamily suggested by the client:

 Young, fresh, fashionable/Classy, elegant, chic.Translated in term of style we chose the couple industrial/midcentury.

Soft Industrial for the open office  space midcentury for the rest. The midcenturygives an timeless elegance already from the entrance were a sputnik chandelierand patterned concrete tiles floor welcome the visitors. The private offices alsoare a jump into that romantic era where fantastical tropical wallpaper framedin cherry wood frames recall matches the ribbed glass doors and cabinet. Themeeting room also is a funky jump in the past where geometrical pattern inwallpaper and carpets meet the double green grey paint at the wall, the wholeframed in glossy cherry wood frames.
