The office is the second space we have designed for this international investing company. Following the first office design lines, client asked for a refreshing in a younger direction with the introduction of open office workstation that was not a requirement in the previous office.

这是 IS 意思设计为位于北京 CBD 的国际投资公司设计的第二个办公空间。在首个项目的基础上，本次设计的挑战是一个更年轻、更清新的前进方向，将开放式办公工位整合进来，而这在之前的办公室设计的要求中并不存在。

Like in the previous office the overall space has been designed trying to create a fluid open space where all functions float on.就像之前的办公空间一样，整个空间的设计旨在创造一个流畅的开放式布局，在这种布局下，所有功能都能无缝流畅地结合在一起，从而大大提高工作效率。

The open office areas, the pantry, the resting areas and the reception are the open collective functions inside this space while the meeting rooms and the managers offices are blocks made in wood and stone floating on this open space dividing, without closing, the public functions. This design seems to be an ethereal art that combines romance and practicality, creating a unique architectural sense in the interior space.

这个空间中，集合了开放式的办公区、厨房、休息区和接待区，营造出了共享的氛围，而会议室和经理办公室则由木质和石质建块形成，悬浮在开放空间之上，划分了公共空间，但并未使其变得封闭。这种设计仿佛是一种空灵的艺术，将浪漫与实用相融合，演绎出了独具特色的建筑风格感的空间。

Colors and materials contribute to emphasize the design concept.

颜色和材料有助于强调设计理念。

The workstations are designed protected by solid terrazzo partitions in order to present a unique solid face towards the outside and to guarantee the privacy of the workers.

为了呈现一个独特坚实的外观，同时保障员工的隐私，独立办公桌采用坚固的水磨石隔板设计了围合。这种设计既具有优美的外观，又具有实用的功能，为使用者营造了一个安静、私密的工作环境，使其更加专注和高效地完成工作。

The idea of the general design is to maintain a high-end, elegant yet cozy atmosphere all around the open space, just like the experience of walking in the space. In this open space floor and walls are mainly covered with natural oakwood alternated to terrazzo slabs. The dropped ceiling follows the disposition of the enclosed offices exposing systems and pipes in the work station areas.

项目的整体理念是在开放空间中营造出优雅、高端而又舒适的氛围，就像在空间中漫步的体验。采用天然橡木材质和水磨石砖交替覆盖墙面和地面，打造一个温馨舒适的空间。在封闭的办公室区域内，通过合理地安排吊顶，让工作区域的管道和系统暴露出来，充分发挥了空间的实用性。

The managers’ offices and the meeting rooms with their monochrome design are all characterized by distinctive colors. The personal offices have more turned down colors (khaki green, pastel green, sky blue) in wall, ceiling, floor carpet and cabinet wood lacquer, while the meeting rooms have a livelier coral pink color. The turned down colors help the concentration in a relaxed mood enhancing a relaxed mood enhancing focusing while calming stress.

The coral pink in the meeting rooms is instead stimulating attention and communication. This can not only create a comfortable environment but also improve the efficiency of the meeting and make the participants feel more relaxed and joyful.

在会议室中使用珊瑚粉色可以激发人们的注意力和沟通能力，帮助更好地促进交流和合作。此举可以在营造舒适的环境的同时，提高会议的效率，也让参与其中的人们感到更加轻松愉悦。

Pastel green or "mint green" was a very popular color during the 50s and 60s. Coordinating the right accessories taken from that age, we have obtained immediately a vintage feeling that reminds the science fiction art from the Atom Age.

在 50-60 年代，粉绿色或“薄荷绿”是非常流行的颜色。搭配那个年代特色的软装，立即获得了一种复古的感觉，让人想起原子时代的科幻艺术。

CEO office has more high-end features with all walls covered in terrazzo and having a darker carpet on the floor but we still introduced a younger element in the stainless-steel wall and door. This design not only highlights the high-quality architectural aesthetics of the CEO office, but also reflects the rational and inclusive mindset of modern enterprises.

总裁办公室融合了高端时尚设计和实用功能性，所有墙面均铺设了水磨石，并采用深色地毯进行装饰，同时我们还添加了不失年轻元素的不锈钢墙面和门，为整个空间增添了独特的现代氛围。这样的设计让 CEO 办公室不仅彰显了高品质的建筑美学，更体现了现代企业的理性与包容心态。

In the overall retro and modern tone of the space, a sense of future is integrated into the CEO’s office. We use the CEO’s favorite MARVEL character Iron Man as the display theme, while also using metal elements as the visual focus, inspired by the style of current science fiction works.

在整体空间复古摩登的基调上，在 CEO 办公室融入了未来感。我们用 CEO 最喜欢的漫威角色钢铁侠作为陈列的主题，同时用金属元素作为视觉的焦点，灵感来自当下科幻作品的风格。
