IAI 全球设计奖（IAI Design Award），简称“IAI”，是国际最具影响力和美誉度设计大奖之一。该赛事以独树一帜的奖项内容和奖项设置并紧贴时代主题而日益受到全球设计界的关注。IAI 设计奖始创于 2006 年，先后成功举办了十二届竞赛，作为世界范围内新的拥有高识别度和含金量的国际设计大奖。

IAI Global Design Award (referred to as “IAI”) is one of the most influential and prestigious design awards in the world. This competition is attracting increasing attention from the global design community with its unique award content and award settings and closely following the theme of the times. IAI Design Award was founded in 2006 and has successfully held twelve competitions.

亚太空间设计大奖

“亚太空间设计大奖赛”是年度系列活动的重中之重，每年一度的“亚太空间设计大奖赛”已成为亚太空间设计行业最具权威和影响力的赛事，素有“设计界奥斯卡”之称，其对亚太空间设计原创水平的提高与从业人员职业发展发挥了积极作用。

The annual “Asia-Pacific Space Design Award”has become the most authoritative and influential event in the Asia-Pacific space design industry, known as the “Oscar of the design world”, which has played a positive role in improving the original level of Asia-Pacific space design and the career development of practitioners.

这是一家拥有二十多年历史的私营地产企业，总部在上海，创始人睿智、果敢。

设计灵感来源于“木石之盟”——

This is a private real estate company with a history of more than 20 years. It’s headquartered in Shanghai, and the founder is wise and courageous. The design inspiration comes from the “Alliance of Wood and Stone”——

木与石皆为建筑之灵魂——“木”乃蓬勃生长的自然之光，繁盛而温暖；“石”为自然之精灵，具山川之形胜。木与石在空间中交汇，动静不失，方得平衡。

Both wood and stone are the soul of architecture — “Wood” is the natural light forgrowing vigorously, which is prosperous and warm; “Stone” is the spirit of nature, with the shape of mountains and rivers. Wood and stone meet in the space, with movement and stillness at the same time. As so, it can achieve the balance.

入口处梯厅作为序幕，墙面山林若隐若现，将自然缓缓引入室内，创造内省与宁静的心灵体验。

As aprelude, the wallinthe staircase hallat the entrance,showing the shape of mountains, slowly introducing nature into the interior, to creat a spiritual experience of introspection and tranquility.

前台等候区运用简约美学营造雅致的细节及氛围。

The designer used minimalist aesthetics to create elegant details and atmosphere in the checking desk area.

绿植生态墙将自然环境氛围巧妙植入整个办公区域——开放、通透，各区域可通过不同的路径抵达。

The green ecological wall subtly implants the natural environment atmosphere into the entire office area - open, transparent, and each area can be reached through various paths.

步入过道，传统的轴线在这里被解构重组为一系列的行走、观看和情景交互体验，层层渐进，相互借景，赋予更为多元的视觉心理体验。

Stepping into the aisle, the traditional axis is deconstructed and reorganized into a series of interactive experiences of walking and viewing, which are progressive layer by layer, borrowing scenery from each other, and endow them with a more diverse visual and psychological experience.

空间语言凝练，没有多余的装饰，木饰面、硬包墙、半透明玻璃移门、平顶天花……通过颀长的木质及玻璃门的开放或密闭，满足灵活多变的使用需求。

The space language is concise, without unnecessary decoration. Woodern veneer, hard-clad wall, translucent glass sliding door, flat ceiling... Through the opening or sealing of the long wooden and glass doors, it can meet the needs of flexible and changeable use.

董事长区域，实为办公➕会所综合职能，曲径通幽，打破传统分割，既私密又不压抑，营造“禅心”之精妙。

The chairman’s office has the comprehensive function of office and private club. The winding path leads to the secluded, which breaks the traditional division. It is private but not oppressive, creating the subtlety of “Zen Heart”.

△董事长茶室

全案以“寄情山水”的方式贯穿不同功能分区，在万象归一的中国哲学内核的引领下，形成人文气韵流动的办公体验，以设计传达着朴素的东方空间观。

The whole project runs through different functional divisions in one way of “placing one’s feelings in the landscape”. Under the guidance of Chinese philosophy core, the unity of all phenomena, it forms an office experience with a humanistic atmosphere and conveys a simple oriental space concept through the design.
