Live-action Appreciation

积善之家，必有余庆。

There Must Be Yu Qing in the good family. 

本案位于洛水南岸，龙门山北，西望周山，东望洛河，是极佳的观景复式住宅。业主是儒商之家。看惯了千帆过尽的繁华，只求细水长流的安安稳稳。原有房屋开间较小，首要考虑的便是空间重组。在一楼门厅处设置了独立衣帽间，客厅考虑到待客的流程需求，去掉传统沙发组合中的两人位，增加了泡茶区，弱化了电视墙使其与楼梯融为一体；餐厅与西厨相连，由中岛和休闲阳台三部分组成（可以吃早餐、观景），中厨相对面积较小主要满足北方烹饪的习惯需求；老人房有对立的阳台可以休闲、喝茶、晒太阳……

The case is located on the south bank of Luo River, north of Longmen Mountains, west of Keihoku, Kyoto, east of Luohe River. It is an excellent view duplex. The proprietor is a Confucian businessman. I am used to the prosperity of the thond sails, I just want the safety and stability of the water. The original housing openings smaller, the primary consideration is the reorganization of space. In the first floor foyer set up a separate cloakroom, the living room to take into account the needs of the process of hospitality, remove the traditional sofa combination of two people, increase the tea area, weakened the television wall to make it blend with the stairs; The restaurant is connected to the western kitchen and consists of a Middle Island, Tristan da Cunha restaurant and a leisure balcony (you can have breakfast and enjoy the view) . The old people room has opposite balcony to be able to relax, drink tea, bask in the Sun...

二楼宽大的起居室是原有的挑空复式改建而成，它就像一个院子，满足了同层三个卧室的交流空间；主卧设置有独立的衣帽间和休闲阳台。男孩房和女孩房分别设计了学习的独立空间。三楼是茶室和健身、娱乐区，挑高5米的斜坡屋面，开有顶窗和侧窗非常有意思，最有意思的是三面围合的大露台。观景、种花、种菜、戏水、饮茶，看冉冉的日出东方，赏一抹夕阳西下，体会着人生的至真至美。而我的设计也从朴实素雅中表达一份含蓄韵味，从人与环境的完美融合中去用“心”设计，用“心”感受生活。

The spacious living room on the second floor, which is converted from the original voided duplex, functions as a courtyard, meeting the communication space of the three bedrooms on the same floor; the master bedroom has a separate cloakroom and casual balcony. The boys' room and the girls' room are designed as separate study spaces. The third floor was a teahouse and a fitness and entertainment area. The roof was pitched at a height of five meters. It was very interesting to have a top window and a side window. The most interesting part was the large terrace surrounded on three sides. View, plant flowers, vegetables, play with water, drink tea, watch the rising sun in the east, enjoy a touch of The Sundowners, experience the true beauty of life. And my design also from simple and elegant expression of a subtle charm, from the perfect integration of people and the environment to use the“Heart” design, with the“Heart” feel life.
