豪华度假酒店设计

近年来，「垂直绿化」在全球范围内都分外流行，而今天这个豪华度假酒店项目，除了“垂直绿化”外，还增加了“垂直泳池”的概念，让人眼前一亮。

In recent years, "vertical greening" has become extremely popular all over the world, and today this luxury resort hotel project, in addition to "vertical greening", has also added the concept of "vertical swimming pool", which is eye-catching.

项目名为「Abaca Resort Mactan」，占地 4500㎡，共有 17 层高。

坐落于菲律宾宿务的麦克坦岛，125 间客房皆拥有独家全景海景，预计将于 2024 年竣工。

The project is called "Abaca Resort Mactan", covering an area of 4,500 square meters, with a total of 17 floors. Located on Mactan Island in Cebu, Philippines, 125 rooms have exclusive panoramic sea views and are expected to be completed in 2024.

01.垂直的绿化与泳池

Vertical greenery and swimming pool

建筑和室内设计皆由著名的国际建筑事务所 Büro Ole Scheeren（奥雷舍人事务所）主导设计。

从远处看，整座建筑就好似一个郁郁葱葱的垂直村落。

The architecture and interior design are all led by the famous international architectural firm Büro Ole Scheeren (Ole Scheeren). From a distance, the whole building looks like a lush vertical village.

外立面总体呈现出柔和弯曲的轮廓，微妙的凹形体量朝向辽阔的海景。

The façade presents a softly curved outline as a whole, and the subtle concave volume faces the vast sea view.

3D 拱形网络填满了立面，一个个拱形格子相互堆叠、凹凸起伏。

A network of 3D arches fills the facade, and the arched lattices are stacked on top of each other, concave and convex.

葱郁的绿色植物错落有致的点缀着外立面。

Lush green plants dot the façade.

泳池比较集中的分布在建筑的一侧，兼具私密的使用体验和高耸开阔的视野。

The swimming pools are more concentratedly distributed on one side of the building, with both a private experience and a towering open view.

在建筑的另一面虽没有前面的错综复杂，却也用弯曲层叠的线条与之呼应。

On the other side of the building, although there is no intricacy in the front, it also echoes with curved and layered lines.

底部大堂前后通透，不规则的外檐覆盖有绿植，迎接着旅客的到来。

The bottom lobby is transparent from front to back, and the irregular outer eaves are covered with green plants to welcome the arrival of passengers.

02. 天空别墅概念

Sky villa concept

项目以空中别墅为概念，打造豪华的空间体验。

内部包含 94 间 50㎡ 的天空套房、12 间 80㎡ 的一卧套房、13 间 85㎡的一卧套房（带泳池）以及 6 间 105㎡的两卧套房（带泳池）。

The project takes the sky villa as the concept to create a luxurious space experience. The interior includes 94 sky suites of 50 square meters, 12 one-bedroom suites of 80 square meters, 13 one-bedroom suites (with swimming pool) of 85 square meters and 6 two-bedroom suites (with swimming pool) of 105 square meters.

外立面的拱形曲线延伸到了房间内部的设计中，尤其是错层式的套房，赋予了空间超大的尺度，呼应了“空中别墅”的概念。

The arched curve of the facade extends into the design of the interior of the room, especially the split-level suites, giving the space a large scale, echoing the concept of "villa in the sky".

人字拼纹的木地板、木制家具营造出温暖的简奢氛围，背景墙与天花板之间以弧线过渡，层次感十足。

The herringbone-patterned wooden floor and wooden furniture create a warm, simple and luxurious atmosphere. The arc transition between the background wall and the ceiling is full of layers.

除了奢华的居住体验，酒店还设有屋顶酒吧、餐厅、健身房、水疗中心、儿童中心、多功能活动厅等配套。

In addition to the luxurious living experience, the hotel also has a rooftop bar, restaurant, gym, spa, children’s center, multi-functional activity hall and other supporting facilities.

03.浪漫、华丽的户外场所 Romantic and gorgeous outdoor venue

面朝大海的户外空间被高低交错的拱廊包裹，让人仿佛穿越到古希腊。

The outdoor space facing the sea is wrapped in high and low arcades, which makes people feel like they have traveled to ancient Greece.

茂盛的绿植也赋予了这座“现代宫殿”热带雨林般的感觉。

The lush greenery also gives this "modern palace" a rainforest-like feeling.

过道内也布置有供人休息的户外沙发，上方具有几何美感的天花呈现出庄严的氛围感。

There are also outdoor sofas for people to rest in the aisle, and the geometrically beautiful ceiling above presents a solemn atmosphere.

层叠的水池和瀑布融于郁郁葱葱的景观中，营造出灵动的度假氛围。

The cascading pools and waterfalls blend in the lush landscape, creating agility

向外眺望，公共泳池成梯田状向下延伸，线状的码头伸入大海，无论在哪个高度，都可以享受到绝佳的海景。

Looking out, the public swimming pool extends downwards like a terrace, and the linear pier extends into the sea. No matter what height it is, you can enjoy a superb sea view.

到了夜晚，池边的灯亮起点点星光，习习海风吹来，带来亲密的感官体验。

At night, the lights next to the pool light up and the starting point is starlight, and the sea breeze is blowing in, bringing an intimate sensory experience.

正如事务所创始人 Ole Scheeren 所说：“这是一个关于发现和惊喜的故事；一个关于奇迹和好奇心的故事；一个关于建筑语言和热带自然力量的故事。”

As the firm’s founder Ole Scheeren said: “This is a story about discovery and surprise; a story about miracles and curiosity; a story about architectural language and tropical natural forces.”

△创始人 Ole Scheeren（奥雷·舍人）

奥雷舍人(Ole Scheeren)1971 年出生于德国西南部城市卡尔斯鲁厄。毕业于瑞士洛桑大学和德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学，曾在伦敦建筑学会深造，获得英国皇家建筑学会银质奖。现为 Buro Ole Scheeren 的设计主持和香港大学客座教授。

Ole Scheeren was born in Karlsruhe in southwest Germany in 1971. He graduated from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and the University of Karlsruhe in Germany. Now he is the design chair of Buro Ole Scheeren and a visiting professor at the University of Hong Kong.

Buro-OS 事务所正在开展多个项目，包括位于吉隆坡中心的标志性建筑 Angkasa Raya；为一名北京艺术家设计工作室/画廊以及新加坡的一个大型开发项目。舍人先生对各种规模的新建筑模式进行研究和探索，当中包括发展新型动态表演艺术空间，以及重庆的 800,000 平方米的综合开发项目。除此之外，舍人先生还在设计北京的一个艺术中心。

Buro-OS is working on a number of projects, including the iconic Angkasa Raya in the center of Kuala Lumpur; designing a studio/gallery for a Beijing artist; and a large-scale development project in Singapore. Mr. Sheren conducts research and exploration on new architectural models of various scales, including the development of new dynamic performance art spaces and a comprehensive development project of 800,000 square meters in Chongqing. In addition, Mr. Sheren is also designing an art center in Beijing.

Prior to the establishment of Buro-OS Beijing and Hong Kong offices in March 2010, Mr. Sheren was the director and partner of Rem Koolhaas’ Metropolitan Architects (OMA), in charge of OMA’s projects in Asia. As the managing partner, he led and successfully completed OMA’s largest China Central Television (CCTV) and Television Culture Center (TVCC) to date. Other projects include the 310-meter-high MahaNakhon complex in Bangkok, The Interlace large-scale residential complex with 1,040 units, The Scotts Tower, a high-end apartment in Singapore, a media center in Shanghai, the planning of a new Shenzhen city center, and the Taipei Art Center. In addition, he is responsible for the Prada project and has completed the Prada New York (2001) and Los Angeles flagship stores (2004). Other projects he has led include Beijing Book Building, Leeum Cultural Center in Seoul (2006) and Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

奥雷·舍人多次参与各种艺术文化项目和展览，包括国际高层建筑奖项、米兰三年展、伦敦“China Design Now”展、伦敦 Hayward 画廊和曼谷的“移动的城市”展、首尔的媒体城市展和鹿特丹电影节等。2006 年，他为纽约现代艺术博物馆在北京和纽约举办的关于 CCTV 项目的建筑展设计展览。他时常在不同的国际机构和会议上举办讲座，并被邀请担任国际奖项或竞赛的评委。

Ole Scheren has participated in various art and cultural projects and exhibitions for many times, including international high-rise building awards, Milan Triennale, London "China Design Now" exhibition, London Hayward Gallery, Bangkok’s "Mobile City" exhibition, Seoul’s Media City Exhibition, and Rotterdam Film Festival etc. In 2006, he designed exhibitions for CCTV architectural exhibitions held by the Museum of Modern Art in Beijing and New York. He often gives lectures at different international institutions and conferences, and is invited to serve as a judge for international awards or competitions.
