随浪潮浮沉的 Virginian 号，是海上的见证者。它往返靠泊各个码头，稳稳托起无数憧憬希冀，五洲四海、人生百态，悉数尽收。

The Virginian, which floated and sank with the waves, was a witness at sea. It shuttles back and forth to various docks, steadily holding up countless aspirations and hopes, covering all continents, seas, and all forms of life.

摇篮式的哺育，滋养着朦朦胧胧的万千美梦，更承载了 1900 那史诗般伟大的一生。

THE FIRST PART

希腊神话中，混沌是孕育世界的神明。起初天地相连，宇宙迷蒙，气、形、质三者浑然一体而未分离，世界处于混沌状态，直至创世神将它们分开。

In Greek mythology, chaos is the god that breeds the world. At first, heaven and earth were connected, and the universe was shrouded in confusion. Gas, form, and mass were integrated without separation, and the world was in a chaotic state until the Creator separated them.

混沌一直运行、杂乱无章，如同信号中断后电子屏上不断跳跃的雪花点，毫无规律可言。这种状态无序、自由又充满未知。

Chaos has been running in chaos, like snowflakes constantly jumping on the electronic screen after a signal interruption, without any regularity to speak of. This state is disorderly, free, and full of unknowns.

从混沌中爆发的生命体，历经漫长年日的解构重组，再获新生。光芒灵动，闪耀无垠。正如尼采所说：得有混沌，才可以创造出一颗跳舞的星球。

Life forms that erupt from chaos,After years of deconstruction and restructuring,we have regained our vitality.The light is agile and shining boundless.As Nietzsche said,chaos is necessary to create a dancing planet.

被感知，即可被创造。

2 亿公里外的火星，多次将岩石抛向地球。遥远的大西洋中脊，火山岩浆在高温的淬炼下蠢蠢欲动。丢失的火星碎片与凝固的原生岩浆，共同组成了地球外壳的一部分。

By being perceived,one can be created.

Mars,200 million kilometers away, has repeatedly thrown rocks towards Earth.

In the distant Mid Atlantic Ridge,volcanic magma is ready to stir under the high-temperature quenching.

The lost Martian fragments and solidified primary magma together form a part of the Earth’s crust.

很多看来是彼此孤立的现象，因为热量的影响，重新联结为一个有机的整体。而热量正是混沌的作用力，混沌则是万物由无序进阶到有序的过渡期。

Many phenomena that appear to be isolated from each other,due to the influence of heat,reconnect into an organic whole. And heat is the force of chaos, which is the transitional period from disorder to order in all things.

如果热量有形状，那将是由诸多散落的小块温度聚合而成。温度的轮廓，可以是 36℃行走的人类，也可以是由火星碎片派生的橘红砌片方砖、和滚烫掉落的火山石共同铺筑。可触碰，可感知。

If the heat has a shape, it will be formed by the aggregation of many scattered small pieces of temperature. The profile of temperature can be that of humans walking at 36 ℃, or it can be a combination of orange red bricks derived from Martian debris and hot falling volcanic rocks. Touchable and perceptible.

那一块颇似码头的斜坡，连接着 Bistro 的入口，踱步过炙热的外立面轮廓，内部悬浮的轻柔哑光云雾网一秒安神。每当渡口出现，通常包含着告别、过渡、期待与新生。

That pier like slope connects the entrance of Bistro, pacing through the scorching outline of the exterior facade, with a soft matte cloud net suspended inside that instantly calms the mind. Whenever a ferry appears, it usually includes farewell, transition, anticipation, and rebirth.

踏上甲板的那一刻，前方驶入未知。像是走钢索的人，“未知”从来不是安全的，你必须投入全部感官。而感官正是渡℃用作其场景体验的核心。

At the moment of stepping onto the deck, the unknown sailed ahead. Like someone walking on a tightrope, ’unknown’ is never safe, you must invest all your senses. And the senses are the core of the scene experience that crosses the temperature.

音乐通常被选为与“未知”交涉的使者，1900 与“未知”互动时所倚靠的亦是音乐，音乐是感官中的感官。

Music is usually chosen as an envoy to negotiate with the ’unknown’, and 1900 relied on music as the sensory medium for interaction with the ’unknown’.

漂浮的岛屿是渡℃被赋予的概念，希望这一块场域所塑造的感官世界，可以有效与庸常隔离。这里不存在教条与规则，唯一的指令，就是放弃所有精妙的安排，放弃有组织有纪律的自己，享受未知、享受当下。

The floating island is a concept endowed with the concept of crossing℃, and it is hoped that the sensory world shaped by this field can be effectively isolated from mediocrity.

There are no dogmas or rules here, the only instruction is to abandon all subtle arrangements, abandon organized and disciplined oneself, enjoy the unknown, and enjoy the present.

THE FOURTH PART

当混沌渐渐明晰，万物从无序中苏醒，每个星体都找到了它独一无二的运行轨道。

As chaos gradually becomes clearer, all things awaken from disorder, and each star finds its unique orbit.

对于 1900 来说，大陆是一艘漫无边际的 Virginian 号，他看不到起始，亦看不到尽头。

而八十八个钢琴键是渺小的，是可以看到始末的，他用有限的琴键弹奏出无数触及灵魂的音乐。

1900 找到了属于他的生命通道，他不再动摇、惶恐、迷茫。

For 1900, the mainland was a sprawling Virginian, with no beginning or end in sight. And the 88 piano keys are insignificant and can be seen from beginning to end. With limited keys, he plays countless music that touches the soul. 1900 found his way of life, and he no longer wavered, panicked, and lost.

从混沌渐入有序，是生命必经的过程。每个人都可以找到链接自我的生命通道，和属于自己的 Virginian 号。创造自己的生活方式，像星星一样散发光芒，才不至于在偌大的方舟中，迷失方向。

Gradually transitioning from chaos to order is a necessary process for life. Everyone can find a life channel that links themselves and their own Virginian account. Create your own way of life, shining like stars, so that you don’t get lost in the vast ark.

见证来往者的过渡期，保持对未知的探索，是渡℃所存在的意义。

而渡℃亦可以是有心者的 Virginian 号。

Witnessing the transition period of those who come and go, and maintaining exploration of the unknown, is the significance of crossing℃. And crossing℃ can also be the Virginian of those who have a heart.
