Sitting room

本案是一套叠层复式住宅项目，在设计时，我们将设计退后，从居住者的需求以及生活方式出发，以楼层划分动静区域。一楼作为主要的活动空间，集会客、娱乐休闲、烹饪就餐于一体；二楼作为休息区，动静分离，互不打扰，让生活回归本真，呈现宁静、开放、自然的空间力量。

This case is a stacked duplex residential project. In the design process, we took a step back and divided the living and quiet areas based on the needs and lifestyle of the residents. The first floor serves as the main activity space, integrating gathering, entertainment, leisure, cooking, and dining. The second floor serves as a rest area, separating the living and quiet areas without disturbing each other, allowing life to return to its essence and presenting a peaceful, open, and natural spatial power.

我们将原本的次卧打开，仅保留无法拆除的承重墙体，开放式的公区布局，让空间更加的灵活通透。模块沙发的高度贴合削弱了承重墙不可抗的结构体块，反而成为空间中天然的屏风，半遮半掩，若隐若现，既有空间的私密性，又增添了空间的层次感。一切动线都以最自然的方式发生，游走，穿行也变得有趣。We have opened the original second bedroom, retaining only the load-bearing walls that cannot be removed. The open layout of the public area makes the space more flexible and transparent. The high fit of the modular sofa weakens the structural blocks that the load-bearing walls cannot resist, and instead becomes a natural screen in the space, half hidden and half concealed, adding both privacy and a sense of hierarchy to the space. All movements occur in the most natural way, making walking and traversing interesting.

餐厨—Restaurant and Kitchen

原本的入户门正对厨房的墙面，且中厨原始空间较小，无法增加相关配套，我们将原本的厨房空间完全打开，以功能为主导重新进行布置，将中厨、岛台、餐厅、西厨、水吧等整合为餐厨一体式的共享空间，在保留所有功能的前提下最大化了空间感受。

The original entry door was facing the wall of the kitchen, and the original space of the Chinese kitchen was too small to add related supporting facilities. We completely opened the original kitchen space and re-arranged it based on function, integrating the Chinese kitchen, island, dining room, western kitchen, and water bar into an integrated shared space of the dining kitchen, maximizing the space experience while retaining all functions.

围绕餐岛构建洄游动线，动线和功能空间形成交叉利用，极大的提升了空间的利用效率，更拓展了家庭互动的场景。

The migration line is constructed around the food island, and the cross utilization of the moving line and functional space is formed, which greatly improves the utilization efficiency of space and expands the scene of family interaction.

从白净的底色开始，电视背景墙柜从客厅延伸至餐厅，去繁从简，摒弃了一切杂乱无序。极简的线条与不同材质的家具相结合，营造出纯粹静谧的空间氛围。

Starting from the white background color, the TV background wall cabinet extends from the living room to the dining room, to the complex and simple, abandoning all disorder. The combination of minimalist lines and different materials of furniture creates a pure quiet space atmosphere.

书房—Study

从入户开始，我们就希望将空间还给自然和生活本身，书房延续客餐厅的纯粹与简洁，以大面积的白色为基底，纯净的色彩，简洁的线条，构筑出简洁而有力量，纯粹而又松弛的自然居所。

From the beginning of the entrance, we hope to return the space to nature and life itself. The study continues the purity and simplicity of the guest restaurant, and builds a simple and powerful, pure and relaxed natural residence with a large area of white as the base, pure colors and simple lines.

柔和的光线透过百叶窗的缝隙，在木质地板上投下斑驳的光影。白色的旋转楼梯如同艺术品般盘旋而上，流畅的线条与空间的简洁风格相得益彰。

Sunlight shines through the gaps in the blinds and falls on the table, emitting the fragrance of time. Freedom of expression, overflowing with ink fragrance, a touch of lush greenery by the window, the natural atmosphere flowing, outlining a spiritual sanctuary in tranquility. Soft light shines through the gaps in the shutters, casting dappled shadows on the wooden floor. The white spiral staircase spirals up like a work of art, with smooth lines that complement the simplicity of the space.

卫生间—Toilet

悬挂式艺术龙头，洞石柱盆，以极简艺术诠释精致生活，让日常清洁也变得有仪式感。

The hanging art faucet, the cave pillar basin, interprets exquisite life with minimalist art, and makes daily cleaning feel ritualistic.

楼梯间—Stairwell

白色的旋转楼梯简洁而流畅的线条，完美的弧度和比例，宛若空间中的雕塑，为空间增添了一抹艺术的韵味。白色的台阶在柔和的光线下，散发出宁静而纯净的气息，让人的心灵得以平静。

The simple and smooth lines of the white spiral staircase, with perfect curvature and proportion, are like sculptures in the space, adding a touch of artistic charm to the space. The white steps in the soft light, exudes a quiet and pure atmosphere, so that people’s minds can be calm.

卫生间—Toilet

主卧—Master bedroom

二楼作为主要的休憩空间，我们将原本客厅的挑空区域进行浇筑楼板，又重新对二楼空间重新布局，打造主卧式套房，集睡眠、休闲、洗漱、衣帽于一体。区别于传统的卧室布局，我们将主卧的床置于房间的中心，床头背靠与桌案一体化设计，既可以作为女主人的梳妆台，也可以作为书桌偶尔办公。

On the second floor, as the main rest space, we cast the floor slab in the empty area of the original living room, and re-arranged the space on the second floor to create the master bedroom suite, which integrates sleep, leisure, washing, clothing and hats. Different from the traditional bedroom layout, we placed the master bedroom bed in the center of the room, the head of the bed and the desk integrated design, can be used as a dresser for the hostess, but also as a desk for occasional office.

我们在主卧左侧设置满墙衣柜，很好的满足了居住者的日常衣物所需。简约的线条和柔和色调调和出温暖静谧的空间氛围，让生活回归本真，回归内心的宁静。

We set up a wall-full wardrobe on the left side of the master bedroom, which is a good way to meet the daily clothing needs of the residents. Simple lines and soft colors harmonize the warm and quiet space atmosphere, allowing life to return to the truth and return to inner peace.

主卫—Master bathroom

纯净的白与天然的洞石相得益彰，优雅的线条与柔和的色彩让卫浴生活不再只是功能，更是一种美学表达，带来沉浸式的卫浴体验。

Pure white and natural cave stone complement each other, elegant lines and soft colors make the bathroom life no longer just a function, but also an aesthetic expression, bringing immersive bathroom experience.

次卧—Second bedroom

次卧以白色为基调，纯净而明亮，木质书桌，自然的色彩和纹理，带来了一抹温馨与宁静。柔和的灯光洒落一地温柔，柔软的床铺裹挟着疲惫的身躯，做一场轻盈的梦。

The second bedroom is pure and bright in white, and the wooden desk, with natural colors and textures, brings a touch of warmth and tranquility. Soft light sprinkled on the ground gentle, soft bed wrapped tired body, do a light dream.

次卧—Third bedroom

由于尺度限制，我们将原本较厚的非承重墙体改为薄墙做衣柜，同时利用无法拆除的承重墙部分做书柜，床尾利用原本的飘窗空间做书桌，将原有的 U 型动线简化为 L 型动线，增加储物功能的同时也留出来更多的活动空间，实现空间利用最大化。

Due to the limitation of scale, we changed the original thick non-load-bearing wall into a thin wall to make a wardrobe, and used the load-bearing wall part that could not be removed to make a bookcase. At the end of the bed, the original bay window space was used to make a desk, and the original U-shaped moving line was simplified into an L-shaped moving line, which increased the storage function and left more space for activities to maximize the utilization of space.
