本案是一套两层的底复项目，居住者没有明确喜欢的风格，理想的空间是简约随性且宁静温馨的。在设计时，我们以极简主义为基底，将居住者的个性气质融入其中，让生活回归纯粹，空间自然流露出静谧悠然与开放包容的双重质感，成为安放身心的诗意归处。

This case is a two - storey duplex project at the bottom. The residents have no clearly preferred style, and their ideal space is simple, casual, quiet and warm. In the design, we take minimalism as the foundation, integrate the personal temperament of the residents into it, let life return to purity, and the space naturally exudes a dual texture of tranquility, ease, openness and inclusiveness, becoming a poetic place to settle the body and mind.

玄关 — Entrance hall

原本入户正对通往地下一层的楼梯，客餐厅被过道分割开来，空间过于一览无余且十分浪费。我们重新调整空间的尺度关系，将客卫干区外置，与玄关合二为一，以其为中心构建洄游动线，空间于开放与流动间舒展，将空间的尺度感尽情铺陈，游走穿行，每一步都能感知到空间的开阔与自由。

The entrance was originally facing the stairs leading to the basement level, and the dining room was divided by a hallway, making the space too clear and wasteful. We have readjusted the scale relationship of the space by externalizing the guest guard area and merging it with the entrance, constructing a migratory flow centered on it. The space stretches between openness and flow, fully expressing the sense of scale of the space. Walking around, every step can perceive the openness and freedom of the space.

客厅 — Living room

客厅南向是庭院美景，我们将原本通往庭院的门厅空间纳入室内，最大限度的敞开空间尺度，室外的景致被巧妙的引入，阳光毫无保留地倾洒而入，穿过枝叶的缝隙撒入室内，在地面上留下斑驳的光影，庭院中的绿意肆意蔓延进客厅，与室内的色调相互映衬，自然的气息在空间中流动，沉淀出空间的质感。

To the south of the living room is the beautiful view of the courtyard. We have incorporated the entrance hall space that originally led to the courtyard into the interior, maximizing the openness of the space scale. The outdoor scenery is cleverly introduced, and sunlight pours in without reservation, scattering through the gaps of branches and leaves into the interior, leaving mottled light and shadow on the ground. The greenery in the courtyard spreads freely into the living room, complementing the color tone of the interior. The natural atmosphere flows in the space, precipitating the texture of the space.

客厅疏朗有致，家具的摆放看似随意却又遵循着美学法则，营造出自由而惬意的氛围。从浅米色的墙面到温润的木色，再到柔软的浅色家具，柔和的色调相互交织，铺陈出宁静温暖的底色，简约里藏着高雅格调，每一眼都是视觉的舒缓享受。

The living room is spacious and orderly, with furniture arranged seemingly casually but following aesthetic principles, creating a free and comfortable atmosphere. From the light beige walls to the warm wood tones, and then to the soft light colored furniture, the soft tones interweave with each other, creating a peaceful and warm base color. Simplicity hides an elegant style, and every glance is a visual and soothing enjoyment.

餐厅 — Restaurant

我们将原本的次卧打开，仅保留无法拆除的承重墙体，开放式的餐厅布局，让空间更加的灵活通透，西厨柜与水吧的巧妙置入，为日常生活提供了极大的便利。木色橱柜成为空间的视觉焦点，温润的木色元素，似是从森林中撷取的诗意，增添了自然的质朴与深邃。

We have opened the original second bedroom, retaining only the load-bearing walls that cannot be removed. The open dining layout makes the space more flexible and transparent. The clever placement of the western kitchen cabinet and water bar provides great convenience for daily life. Wooden cabinets have become the visual focus of the space, with warm wooden elements that seem to be poetic extracted from the forest, adding a natural simplicity and depth.

空间打开后裸露的部分承重墙反而成为空间中天然的屏风，半遮半掩 ，若隐若现，既有空间的私密性，又增添了空间的层次感。

洞石表面的孔洞与纹路，粗糙与细腻并存，让空间的质感有迹可循。它不仅是简单的建筑结构，更像是一件浑然天成的艺术雕塑，自然的艺术张力，成为空间中的独特的点睛之笔。

After the space is opened, the exposed load-bearing walls become natural screens in the space, half-hidden and half-revealed, looming. It not only provides privacy to the space but also adds a sense of layering. The holes and patterns on the surface of the travertine, with the coexistence of roughness and fineness, make the texture of the space traceable. It is not just a simple building structure but more like a natural art sculpture. The natural artistic tension becomes a unique finishing touch in the space.

可分可合的圆形餐桌，既可以独立使用，也可以巧妙地嵌入岛台，空间美学与实用功能完美结合，满足着不同场景下的多样需求。流畅的曲线打破空间的规整与单调，为餐厅增添了几分柔和与灵动。搭配上几把风格各异却又相得益彰的座椅，或简约现代，或复古经典，围坐于此，尽情享受生活的惬意与美好。

The circular dining table that can be separated or combined can be used independently or skillfully integrated into the kitchen island. It perfectly combines spatial aesthetics and practical functions, meeting diverse needs in different scenarios. The smooth curves break the regularity and monotony of the space, adding a bit of softness and agility to the dining room. Matched with several seats of different styles that complement each other, whether simple and modern or retro and classic, sitting around it, you can fully enjoy the comfort and beauty of life.

厨房 — Kitchen

厨房U 型橱柜设计，洗涤、备餐，烹饪，让每一个操作步骤都能无缝衔接，烹饪过程更加便捷高效。隐形式移门，可开可合，满足不同情景下的使用需求。温润的木质橱柜，纹理细腻自然，为厨房增添了一抹质朴与温暖。

The U-shaped kitchen cabinet design integrates washing, meal preparation, and cooking, enabling seamless connection of every operation step and making the cooking process more convenient and efficient. The hidden sliding door can be opened or closed to meet the usage needs in different scenarios. The warm wooden cabinets with delicate and natural textures add a touch of simplicity and warmth to the kitchen.

卫生间 — Toilet

玄关，客卫干区合二为一，既是玄关端景，又是干区和家政区，干湿分离，且巧妙的解决原本卫生间门正对餐厅的问题，同时让空间更具层次感和通透感。

The entrance, guest and bathroom areas are combined into one, serving as both the entrance view and the dry and housekeeping areas. The separation of dry and wet areas cleverly solves the problem of the bathroom door facing the restaurant, while making the space more layered and transparent.

楼梯间 — Stairwell

恰到好处的留白与楼梯独特的结构美感相呼应，拾阶而下，于无形中流露满满的韵律感。

The well - placed blank space in the stairwell echoes the unique structural beauty of the stairs. As one descends the steps, a strong sense of rhythm is subtly revealed.

主卧 — Master bedroom

主卧

延续公区的纯粹与简洁，没有过多繁杂的装饰，用质朴自然的呈现，营造温润静谧感，打造舒适得宜的睡眠空间。

The master bedroom continues the purity and simplicity of the public areas. Without excessive and complicated decorations, it creates a warm and quiet atmosphere with a rustic and natural presentation, and builds a comfortable and suitable sleeping space.

主卫 — Master bathroom

简洁的线条与纯净的色彩彼此交融，细腻地勾勒出主卫的优雅质感。浴缸一侧，匠心独运地开了一扇 “窗”，将自然光线巧妙的引入其中，隔而不断，通透而自然。

Simple lines and pure colors blend with each other, exquisitely outlining the elegant texture of the master bathroom. On one side of the bathtub, a "window" is ingeniously designed to introduce natural light subtly, creating a sense of separation yet connection, transparency and naturalness.

次卧 — Second bedroom

次卧浅米色的墙面与床品相呼应，温暖而宁静，木色元素点缀其中，纹理自然，空间的细腻质感由此尽显。

The light beige walls of the secondary bedroom echo the bed, creating a warm and serene atmosphere. Wooden elements are dotted within, featuring natural textures, thus fully showcasing the delicate texture of the space.

次卧 — Third bedroom

原本的次卧空间较为紧凑，在设计时，我们将原本走廊的部分空间纳入次卧作为衣帽区，极大的释放了空间尺度，简约的线条和柔和色调调和出温暖静谧的空间氛围，自在自然。

The original second bedroom space was relatively compact. During the design, we incorporated part of the original corridor space into the second bedroom as a cloakroom area, greatly expanding the spatial scale. The simple lines and soft colors create a warm and quiet spatial atmosphere, bringing a sense of freedom and naturalness.

地下一层 楼梯间 — Stairwell

由于原始地下一层的房高较高，我们做了夹层设计，同时也保留了部分挑空。整个夹层空间集休闲，阅读，工作，观影，衣帽间于一体。极大的提升了地下空间的利用率。楼梯被赋予了多重意义与功能，每一步踏上，皆是恰到好处的松弛与自在。

Due to the relatively high ceiling height of the original basement floor, we designed a mezzanine while also retaining some double - height spaces. The entire mezzanine space integrates functions such as leisure, reading, working, watching movies, and a cloakroom. It has greatly improved the utilization rate of the underground space. The staircase has been endowed with multiple meanings and functions. Every step on it brings a sense of just - right relaxation and comfort.

卫生间 — Toilet

质感温润的木地板与木质家具，纹理自然，深灰色沙发，流畅的曲线与饱满的形态，细腻柔软，玻璃茶几时尚前卫，不同材质间相互碰撞，丰富的肌理感，质朴而不失格调，静谧自如。

The wooden floor and wooden furniture with a warm and smooth texture feature natural grains. The dark gray sofa has smooth curves and a full shape, feeling delicate and soft. The glass coffee table is fashionable and avant - garde. The collision between different materials creates a rich sense of texture, presenting a simple yet elegant style, and a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.

地下二层 休闲区 — Leisure area

地下二层集衣帽区，水吧，茶室，健身，会客休闲于一体，去除界限的绝对限制，各个功能区各自独立，又互通互融，自由与秩序相依，生活无拘无束。

The second underground floor integrates the cloakroom area, water bar, tea room, fitness area, and reception and leisure areas. It removes the absolute restrictions of boundaries. Each functional area is independent yet interconnected and integrated. Freedom and order coexist, allowing for an unrestrained lifestyle.

会客区以极简主义为基底，干净利落的线条搭配恰到好处的留白，将空间还给自然和生活本身。柔和的光线从天井洒落，于空间中自由穿梭，赋予空间几分灵动与诗意。

The reception area is based on minimalism. Clean and sharp lines are paired with just the right amount of blank space, returning the space to nature and life itself. Soft light spills down from the patio, freely shuttling through the space, endowing the space with a bit of agility and poetry.

空间打开后的梁体并未刻意隐藏，而是与整体纯粹的基调相融，艺术的笔触、结构的筋骨、光影的韵律与层次的叠合，在空间中调和出万千意境，释放出强劲的空间张力。

After the space is opened, the beam structure is not deliberately hidden, but integrated with the overall pure tone. The artistic brushstrokes, the framework of the structure, the rhythm of light and shadow, and the superposition of layers harmonize into thousands of artistic conceptions in the space, releasing a strong spatial tension.

挑空区域，错落穿插的层次，利落转折的块面，在纵向维度上肆意延伸，彼此呼应、联动共生。光影牵引着视线，于层叠之间逐层唤醒场域的内在张力，让空间的呼吸感与力量感在立体维度中再次舒展。

旋转楼梯如空间中的艺术雕塑，盘旋而上，独特的结构美感，勾勒出灵动又极富艺术感的空间之美。

The scattered and interlaced layers in the double - height area, the neatly turning planes, extend freely in the vertical dimension, echoing and interacting with each other symbiotically. The light and shadow guide the line of sight, awakening the inner tension of the field layer by layer among the overlapping parts, allowing the sense of breath and power of the space to stretch again in the three - dimensional dimension. The spiral staircase is like an art sculpture in the space, coiling upwards. Its unique structural beauty outlines the flexible and highly artistic beauty of the space.

地下室作为地下空间，采光受限，易生压抑之感。我们在空间中引入自然景致，以自然节奏张弛空间气度，以蓬勃生长之态彰显空间力量，让生命力于场域间流转不息。光影摇曳间，绿叶折射的微光与光影相互辉映，将宁静与生机，尽揽于这方天地。

As an underground space, the basement has limited daylighting, which can easily create a sense of depression. We introduce natural scenery into the space, regulate the bearing of the space with the rhythm of nature, and demonstrate the power of the space with a thriving state, allowing vitality to circulate continuously within the field. Amid the flickering of light and shadow, the faint light refracted by the green leaves and the light and shadow complement each other, embracing tranquility and vitality within this space.

茶室 — Tea room

洞石长桌以未多经雕琢的形态呈现，沉稳质朴。墙面的开放格有序排列，自然纹理交织秩序美感，散发着温润而沉静的气息。灯光于明暗间雕琢层次，打造出一处摒弃浮华、回归本真的静谧之境。

The travertine long table presents an unpolished form, exuding a sense of steadiness and simplicity. The open shelves on the wall are arranged in an orderly manner, with natural textures interweaving a sense of aesthetic order, and giving off a warm and serene atmosphere. The lighting carves out layers in the interplay of light and shadow, creating a quiet realm that abandons ostentation and returns to authenticity.

开放式的布局打破了传统空间的桎梏，让视野得以自由延展。低饱和度的色系铺陈基调，几何线条勾勒场域风骨，刚柔并济间，简洁而有力量，纯粹尽显悠然。

The open - style layout breaks the shackles of traditional space, allowing the vision to extend freely. The low - saturation color system sets the tone, and geometric lines outline the character of the field. Amidst the combination of toughness and softness, it is simple yet powerful, and pure, showing a sense of ease.

健身区 — Fitness area

我们在地下室打造了一个亲子活动区，不仅为孩子提供了足够的活动空间，同时也满足了家长的锻炼需求。

木质攀岩墙，色彩柔和的岩点，为孩子搭建起勇敢探索的小天地。跑步机与动感单车区域，家长与孩子并肩运动，每一次互动，都在这里镌刻下美好的成长印记。

挑高空间搭配通透玻璃天窗，洒下的阳光如同纽带，串联起大人与小孩的互动时光。

We have created a parent-child activity area in the basement, which not only provides enough space for children to play but also meets the exercise needs of parents. The wooden climbing wall with soft-colored climbing holds creates a small world for children to explore bravely. In the treadmill and spinning bike area, parents and children exercise side by side, and every interaction here leaves beautiful marks of growth. The high-ceilinged space is equipped with a transparent glass skylight, and the sunlight that filters through is like a bond, connecting the interaction time between adults and children.

玄关 — Entrance hall

踏入玄关，案几之上，造型古朴的台灯与抽象挂画的艺术笔触相映成趣，暖黄灯光似月光倾洒，在素雅的墙面上晕染出温馨的轮廓，艺术的灵动气息流转于空间之中。木格栅屏风有序的几何图案既界定空间层次，又巧妙保留通透感。每一次归家，忙碌一天的浮躁瞬间被抚平，于这方禅意空间中，寻回内心的平静与自在。

Stepping into the entrance hall, on the console table, the simple and unsophisticated desk lamp and the artistic brushstrokes of the abstract paintings complement each other. The warm yellow light, like moonlight pouring down, creates a warm contour on the simple and elegant wall. The vivid and dynamic artistic atmosphere circulates in the space. The orderly geometric patterns of the wooden grille screen not only define the spatial levels but also cleverly retain a sense of transparency. Every time you return home, the restlessness of a busy day is instantly smoothed away. In this Zen - like space, you can regain inner peace and comfort.

材质的纯粹，空间的留白，塑造出这方宁静有序且极具格调的衣帽间。隐藏式的收纳设计，让一切物品皆能有序归置，强大的收纳功能释放出空间的无限潜能，让生活的每一刻都从容有序，尽显优雅格调。

The purity of the materials and the blank space create this quiet, orderly and highly stylish cloakroom. The hidden storage design allows all items to be neatly arranged. The powerful storage function unleashes the infinite potential of the space, making every moment of life calm, orderly and full of elegant style.

健身区 — Fitness area

我们在地下一二层之间保留了部分挑空，打造悬空蹦床装置，构建起一个充满奇趣的儿童乐园，为他们的成长注入无限的活力与想象。蹦床下方，是为家长们精心规划的健身区域。沉稳的木质地板与简约的空间布局，营造出宁静而专注的健身氛围。家长们可以在陪伴孩子的同时，尽情挥洒汗水，幸福与快乐在空间中陪伴生长。

We reserved some void space between the first and second basement floors, installed a suspended trampoline device, and created a fun - filled children’s playground, injecting infinite vitality and imagination into their growth. Below the trampoline is a fitness area carefully planned for parents. The stable wooden floor and simple space layout create a quiet and focused fitness atmosphere. Parents can fully enjoy sweating while accompanying their children, and happiness and joy grow alongside them in this space.
