本案是一套四室的住宅，也是一个三娃的亲子之家，关于亲子陪伴和孩子在空间的活动场景是我们主要的设计线索，另外居住者喜欢白色系，理想中的家是干净简约且可以容纳万般色彩的。

在设计时，我们将极简作为核心理念，对空间进行重新梳理和布局，改善原有户型问题，以纯粹的白为空间基调，赋予居住者干净纯粹的家居氛围，同时留给居住者更多的自我定义空间。

This case is a four - bedroom residence. The residents like the white color scheme, and their ideal home is clean, simple, and can embrace a wide variety of colors. During the design process, we took minimalism as the core concept, reorganized and arranged the space, improved the problems of the original house type, used pure white as the spatial keynote, and endowed the residents with a clean and pure home atmosphere. At the same time, more space for self - definition was left to the residents.

玄关 — Entrance hall

原本入户左侧紧邻次卫墙体，无法很好的容纳入户鞋帽区，次卫门口正对客厅，空间碎片化且缺乏私密性，在设计时，我们将次卫的部分空间纳入到玄关走廊中来，同时将次卧的门置于玄关方向，空间的舒适度得到极大提升。隐框门设计以材质的高度统一消弭视觉边界，门墙一体过渡自然，空间于此褪去冗余装饰，化作生活叙事的留白幕布，让每一寸场域皆为故事铺陈。

Originally, the wall of the secondary bathroom was adjacent to the left side of the entrance, making it difficult to accommodate the entrance shoe and hat area properly. The door of the secondary bathroom faced the living room directly, resulting in a fragmented space and a lack of privacy. During the design process, we incorporated part of the space of the secondary bathroom into the entrance corridor. At the same time, we placed the door of the secondary bedroom towards the entrance direction, which greatly improved the comfort of the space. The hidden frame door design eliminates the visual boundaries through a high degree of material unity. The door and the wall are integrated with a natural transition. Here, the space sheds redundant decorations and turns into a blank canvas for life narration, allowing every inch of the field to lay the groundwork for stories.

客厅 — Living room

原本客厅中心裸露的承重墙十分突兀，我们利用其打造电视背景墙体，一体化设计消弭了承重墙的突兀感，让功能与形式完美相融。

原木温润的质感赋予空间自然温度，与周围的米白色调和谐相融，营造出宁静而温暖的氛围，于简约中尽显生活格调。

Originally, the exposed load - bearing wall in the center of the living room was quite obtrusive. We utilized it to create a TV background wall. The integrated design eliminated the obtrusiveness of the load - bearing wall, making the function and form blend perfectly. The warm texture of the log gives the space a natural temperature. It harmoniously integrates with the surrounding off - white color, creating a quiet and warm atmosphere, and fully demonstrating the lifestyle in simplicity.

客厅以纯净白色为基底，删繁就简，恰到好处的留白给予居住者更多的空间去塑造家的独特性。背靠背的模块化沙发在满足功能需求的同时，暗藏无限重组可能，素净的白墙成为生活的背景幕布，等待居住者的记忆附着……当亲手绘制的画作悬挂上墙，当精心培育的绿植吐露新叶，生活的温度与个性便在此间生长，让空间褪去千篇一律的冰冷，成为独属于居住者的精神栖所，每一处细节都诉说着独一无二的故事。

The living room is based on pure white, simplifying the complex and leaving just the right amount of blank space, which gives residents more room to shape the uniqueness of their home. The back - to - back modular sofa not only meets functional needs but also holds unlimited possibilities for rearrangement. The plain white walls serve as the backdrop for life, waiting for the residents’ memories to attach... When hand - painted paintings are hung on the wall and carefully cultivated green plants sprout new leaves, the warmth and individuality of life grow here. This makes the space shed its uniform coldness and become a spiritual dwelling unique to the residents. Every detail tells a unique story.

客厅墙柜以极简的外观呈现，兼具强大的收纳功能，将生活的琐碎悄然隐匿。纯净的色调与柔和的光线交织，漫溢于每一寸角落，静谧而纯粹。原木色与白色的巧妙搭配，似自然笔触绘就的诗笺，质朴而不失高雅。

The living room wall cabinet presents a minimalist appearance and also has a powerful storage function, quietly hiding the trivialities of life. The pure color tones and soft light interweave, overflowing into every corner, creating a peaceful and pure atmosphere. The ingenious combination of natural wood color and white is like a poem painted with natural strokes, simple yet elegant.

窗边的卡座设计，兼具实用与美观。圆形小桌搭配几把造型别致的童趣座椅，为空间增添了几分活泼意趣。客厅墙柜下方的开放式书架，有序陈列着儿童书籍与绘本，闲暇时光，家长与孩子或铺上彩纸，一同创作，亦或坐在柔软的沙发上，翻开一本绘本，开启智慧与想象的大门。爱与温暖在空间中肆意流淌，幸福与快乐在空间中陪伴生长。

The booth design by the window combines practicality and aesthetics. The small round table is paired with several uniquely shaped children’s chairs, adding a bit of lively charm to the space. The open bookshelf under the living room wall cabinet neatly displays children’s books and picture books. In their spare time, parents and children can either spread out colored paper and create together, or sit on the soft sofa, open a picture book, and open the door to wisdom and imagination. Love and warmth flow freely in the space, and happiness and joy accompany growth in the space.

北向树屋儿童房的移门可根据不同的生活场景与需求，自由切换开放或私密模式。移门之上的圆形孔洞设计为空间增添层次与趣味，透过圆形透景孔，儿童房的景致若隐若现，既营造出私密的氛围，又带来隔而不断的奇妙体验。

The sliding door of the north-facing treehouse children’s room can freely switch between an open or private mode according to different life scenarios and needs. The circular hole design on the sliding door adds layers and interest to the space. Through the circular perspective hole, the view of the children’s room is faintly visible, creating a private atmosphere while bringing a wonderful experience of separation without isolation.

餐厅 — Restaurant

原始户型餐厨空间较为逼仄，无法很好的容纳相关配套，我们将餐厅、中厨、西厨与家政区进行有机整合，通过合理的动线设计与区域划分，让各个功能板块既相互独立又彼此关联。空间的尺度感被最大化释放，不仅满足了多样化的生活需求，更营造出开阔舒适的居住体验。

The original kitchen and dining space in the apartment layout was relatively cramped and couldn’t accommodate relevant facilities well. We organically integrated the dining room, Chinese kitchen, Western kitchen and housekeeping area. Through reasonable circulation design and area division, each functional section is both independent and interconnected. The sense of spatial scale is maximally released, which not only meets diverse living needs but also creates a spacious and comfortable living experience.

水吧柜简约的线条与精致的细节，将功能性与美观性完美融合，成为空间中实用与艺术兼具的存在。实木餐桌，可分可合，最大程度上满足不同人数下的就餐场景和对空间尺度的释放。

形态各异的餐椅，不同材质相互碰撞却又相得益彰，构建出既具秩序感又充满变化的视觉层次。餐桌上方的艺术射灯，为空间增添了一抹艺术氛围，营造出时尚前卫的空间感。

The simple lines and delicate details of the water bar cabinet perfectly integrate functionality and aesthetics, making it a practical and artistic presence in the space. The solid wood dining table can be separated or combined, maximizing the ability to meet dining scenarios for different numbers of people and the release of spatial scale. The dining chairs in various shapes, with different materials colliding yet complementing each other, create a visual hierarchy that is both orderly and full of changes. The artistic spotlights above the dining table add an artistic atmosphere to the space, creating a fashionable and avant-garde sense of space.

我们在家政间和厨房设置口袋门，开合间，三个功能区自然融合，形成通透但有序的空间视野。

We set up pocket doors in the utility room and kitchen. When opened or closed, the three functional areas blend naturally, creating a transparent yet orderly spatial view.

厨房 — Kitchen

U形厨房布局，洗涤、备餐，烹饪，各区域布局合理，动线流畅。木质橱柜，纹理细腻且自然，为厨房增添了一抹质朴与温暖，让烹饪成为一种享受。

The U-shaped kitchen layout features a reasonable arrangement of the washing, food preparation, and cooking areas, with a smooth flow of movement. The wooden cabinets have delicate and natural textures, adding a touch of simplicity and warmth to the kitchen and making cooking a pleasure.

家政间 — Housekeeping room

儿童房 — Children’s room

动态成长型儿童房，树屋，滑梯，攀爬墙，应有尽有。滑梯下方的开放式书架，书籍有序陈列，方便孩子随时取阅，培养阅读兴趣。造型可爱的桌椅，色彩柔和且富有童趣。孩子们围坐于此，分享故事、创作手工、嬉戏玩闹，促进社交能力与创造力的发展。攀岩墙充分开发孩子的运动天赋……孩子们在穿梭、探索中，锻炼空间感知能力与好奇心、在游戏与学习中享受乐趣，在关爱中陪伴与成长。

The dynamic and growing children’s room is equipped with a treehouse, a slide, a climbing wall, and everything you can think of. The open bookshelf under the slide has books neatly arranged, making it convenient for children to pick up and read at any time, cultivating their reading interest. The cute - shaped tables and chairs have soft colors and full of childlike fun. Children sit around here, sharing stories, creating handicrafts, playing and having fun, which promotes the development of their social skills and creativity. The climbing wall fully develops children’s sports talent... Children shuttle and explore, exercising their spatial perception and curiosity. They enjoy themselves in games and learning, and grow up accompanied by love.

考虑到孩子不同阶段的成长需求。在孩童阶段，上方树屋作为睡眠之所，为孩子营造童趣天地。待孩子长大，在树屋下方添置床铺，并灵活调整部分软装陈设，轻松实现空间功能转换。空间不再受限于单一用途，而是以灵动多变的姿态，承载成长轨迹，赋予其无尽的变化与探索可能，贴合孩子每个成长瞬间的独特需求。

Taking into account the growth needs of children at different stages. In the childhood stage, the treehouse above serves as a sleeping place, creating a childlike wonderland for children. When the children grow up, add a bed under the treehouse and flexibly adjust some soft furnishings, easily realizing the transformation of the space’s function. The space is no longer limited to a single use, but in a flexible and changeable manner, it bears the track of growth, endows it with endless possibilities for change and exploration, and meets the unique needs of every growing moment of children.

客卫 — Guest bathroom

原始的客卫空间是暗卫，采光十分不好，我们在设计时，牺牲原本主卫的小部分室内空间作为设备平台，将客卫与主卫的墙体内退改建大玻璃窗，大玻璃窗将光线引入卫生间中，极大的改善了原本的采光与通风问题。客卫干区外置，干湿三分离，方便日常生活。洗手台两侧对称分布的柜体，以流畅的线条勾勒出简约大气的外观。纯净的米白色调贯穿始终，营造出宁静、柔和且极具包容性的氛围，让洗漱时光也成为一种惬意的享受。

The original guest bathroom was a windowless space with poor lighting. During the design process, we sacrificed a small part of the interior space of the original master bathroom to create an equipment platform. We recessed the wall between the guest bathroom and the master bathroom and replaced it with a large glass window. This large glass window brings light into the bathroom, greatly improving the original lighting and ventilation problems. The dry area of the guest bathroom is set outside, achieving a three - way separation of dry and wet areas, which is convenient for daily life. The cabinets symmetrically distributed on both sides of the washbasin feature smooth lines, outlining a simple and elegant appearance. The pure off - white color scheme runs throughout, creating a quiet, soft, and highly inclusive atmosphere, making the time for washing up a pleasant enjoyment.

书房 — Study

考虑到居住者的阶段性需求，我们在书房内没有过多的设置固定隔断以及家具，使得空间具有很强的可塑性，前期可以作为独立书房使用，也可以在需要时转变为卧室使用，让空间具备不同场景下使用的弹性。我们希望整个空间是包容的，温暖的，会陪伴主人共同生长拓展的。

Considering the phased needs of the occupants, we haven’t set up too many fixed partitions and furniture in the study, making the space highly malleable. In the early stage, it can be used as an independent study, and can also be transformed into a bedroom when needed, giving the space the flexibility to be used in different scenarios. We hope that the entire space is inclusive, warm, and will grow and expand together with the owner.

主卧 — Master bedroom

区别于传统的卧室布局，我们将主卧的床置于房间洄游的中心，构建起自由流畅的空间节奏。床头背靠与桌案一体化设计，既可以作为女主人的梳妆台，也可以满足临时办公所需。简约的线条和柔和色调调和出温暖静谧的空间氛围，让每一个夜晚都能在舒适与美好中安然入眠。

Different from the traditional bedroom layout, we place the bed in the master bedroom at the center of the room’s circulation, creating a free - flowing spatial rhythm. The integrated design of the headboard and the desk can not only serve as the hostess’s dressing table but also meet the needs of temporary work. The simple lines and soft colors blend to create a warm and quiet spatial atmosphere, allowing you to fall asleep comfortably and beautifully every night.

卧于床榻，将窗外的景色尽收眼底。无论是春日繁花似锦、夏日绿树成荫，还是秋日落叶纷飞、冬日银装素裹，四季更迭的美景成为卧室中独特的装饰画。窗外的自然之景与窗内的休憩之境，相互呼应、彼此渗透，共同勾勒出一方兼具舒适与诗意的私密休憩之所。

Lying on the bed, one can have a panoramic view of the scenery outside the window. Whether it is the blooming flowers in spring, the shady trees in summer, the falling leaves in autumn, or the world covered in white in winter, the beauty of the changing seasons becomes a unique decorative painting in the bedroom. The natural scenery outside the window and the resting environment inside the window echo and penetrate each other, jointly outlining a private resting place that combines comfort and poetry.

主卫 — Master bathroom

主卧与主卫之间的玻璃砖将自然光线引入其中，光线透过玻璃砖，在地面和墙面上投射出斑驳的光影，为空间增添了灵动的韵律与艺术感。白色的椭圆形浴缸，造型优雅流畅，宛如一件精美的艺术品。温热的水流轻柔地包裹着身体，所有的疲惫与烦恼，都随着氤氲水汽缓缓散去。

The glass bricks between the master bedroom and the master bathroom introduce natural light. The light passes through the glass bricks, casting mottled light and shadows on the floor and walls, adding a dynamic rhythm and artistic sense to the space. The white oval bathtub has an elegant and smooth shape, just like a beautiful work of art. The warm water gently envelops the body, and all the fatigue and troubles gradually dissipate with the dense water vapor.

次卧 — Second bedroom

空间的整体调性从客厅到卧室一以贯之，白色作为主调，悄然晕染出温暖宁静的空间氛围。灯光与艺术挂画相映成趣，床头如云朵般的弧形设计，柔和且不失童趣。阳光透过轻盈的窗帘，洒下斑驳的光影，温馨童趣的氛围跃然而出。

The overall tone of the space is consistent from the living room to the bedroom. White, as the main color, quietly creates a warm and peaceful spatial atmosphere. The lights and art paintings complement each other. The cloud - like arc - shaped design of the bedside is soft and full of childlike fun. The sunlight filters through the light - weight curtains, casting mottled light and shadow, and a warm and childlike atmosphere emerges vividly.

我们将次卧过道的动线和洗漱动线融合，形成交叉利用，最大化空间的尺度感受。考虑到孩子成长不同阶段的空间需求，我们以简洁的造型勾勒空间形态，以低饱和度的配色营造舒适温暖的空间感受，为孩子打造一个既贴合当下需求，又能伴随其成长的理想空间。

We integrated the traffic flow of the corridor in the secondary bedroom with that of the washing area, creating cross - utilization to maximize the spatial scale perception. Considering the spatial needs of children at different stages of growth, we outlined the spatial form with simple shapes and created a comfortable and warm spatial feeling with low - saturation color schemes, thus creating an ideal space for children that not only meets their current needs but also grows with them.

次卫 — Second bathroom

大玻璃窗将自然光线引入没有采光的次卫，似隔未隔间，光线自在穿梭、肆意流淌，空间与空间之间形成巧妙的对话，构筑起富有韵律的空间关系。简洁流畅的线条，细腻雕琢出次卫极致洁净的细节，柔和的灯光带来沉浸式的放松体验，将独属于卫浴空间的精致优雅蕴藏于内。

Large glass windows introduce natural light into the secondary bathroom that has no access to sunlight. It seems to be separated yet not completely, allowing light to freely shuttle and flow. A subtle dialogue is formed between spaces, constructing a spatial relationship full of rhythm. The simple and smooth lines delicately carve out the extremely clean details of the secondary bathroom. The soft lighting brings an immersive and relaxing experience, containing the exquisite elegance unique to the bathroom space within.
