本案是一套三室的精装房，批量复制的标准化空间，冰冷的线条与千篇一律的布局，难以满足居住者的个性化需求和对品质生活的追求。居住者希望打破常规，将酒店雅奢质感融入日常。在设计时，我们以雅奢酒店的设计巧思为灵感，将四室变为一室，塑造更为奢阔的空间格局，以温润材质为底，借光影晕染氛围，重塑空间的温度与质感。金属的光泽与大理石的纹路交织，艺术化的软装与精致的细节，将这方空间打造成兼具隐奢格调与生活温度的私享雅境。

This case is a three - bedroom fully - furnished apartment, a standardized space mass - replicated with cold lines and an unvarying layout, which hardly meets the personalized needs of the residents and their pursuit of a quality life. The residents hope to break the routine and integrate the elegant and luxurious texture of a hotel into their daily life. In the design process, inspired by the ingenious design ideas of elegant and luxurious hotels, we transformed the four - bedroom space into a one - bedroom one, creating a more luxurious and spacious spatial pattern. Using warm - toned materials as the base and leveraging light and shadow to create an atmosphere, we re - created the temperature and texture of the space. The luster of metal and the patterns of marble are intertwined, and the artistic soft furnishings and delicate details transform this space into a private elegant realm that combines a hidden luxury style with the warmth of life.

玄关 — Entrance hall

步入玄关，空间叙事由门厅徐徐展开。

葱郁绿植舒展枝叶，苔藓晕染绿意，将自然的生机与野趣，悄然引渡为归家的第一重礼序。当视线穿透玻璃，室内外景致朦胧交融 ，让每一步前行都裹挟着探索的诗意。灯光倾泻而下，光影交错间，赋予空间灵动的层次感。

每一次推门而入，都是与自然诗意的温柔相逢，在有限尺度里，书写着无限的居住哲学与美学可能 。

Entering the porch, the spatial narrative unfolds gradually from the hallway. Lush green plants stretch their branches and leaves, and the moss spreads a touch of green, quietly leading the vitality and rustic charm of nature as the first ritual of returning home. When the line of sight penetrates the glass, the indoor and outdoor scenes blend hazily, making every step forward carry the poetry of exploration. The lights pour down, and amidst the interlacing of light and shadow, a vivid sense of hierarchy is bestowed upon the space. Every time you push the door open, it’s a gentle encounter with the poetry of nature. Within a limited scale, an infinite possibility of living philosophy and aesthetics is being written.

客厅 — Living room

在设计时，我们最大限度的敞开客厅尺度，塑造更为开阔的场域。沙发面朝阳台，置于洄游的中心，构筑起自由而流畅的空间节奏。纱帘轻摆，四时景致如画卷般徐徐铺展，阳光毫无保留地倾洒而入，绿意借由视线流入室内，空间的物理边界便悄然消融，成为半开放的自然容器，生活与风景于此间共生长。

When designing, we maximize the openness of the living room to create a more expansive space. The sofa faces the balcony and is placed in the center of the migration, creating a free and smooth spatial rhythm. The curtains sway gently, and the scenery spreads out like a scroll at all times. The sunlight pours in without reservation, and greenery flows into the room through the line of sight. The physical boundaries of the space quietly dissolve, becoming a semi open natural container where life and scenery grow together.

木质格栅移门，一门多用，既是客厅与主卧间之间的隔门，同时也是水吧的柜门，也可以与柜体融为一体成为客厅装饰的一部分，推动之间，空间在隔与融，藏与显间自由切换，赋予空间更多的可能性。

The wooden grille sliding door serves multiple purposes. It is not only a partition door between the living room and the master bedroom, but also the cabinet door of the water bar. It can also be integrated with the cabinet to become a part of the living room decoration. As it is pushed, the space freely switches between separation and integration, concealment and display, endowing the space with more possibilities.

木质墙板纹理自然，铺陈出空间沉稳的底色，拱形吊顶以柔美的弧面消解空间的硬朗，金属线条化作灵动的空间脉络，沿着顶面轻盈游走，勾勒出优雅弧光。

冷硬与温润碰撞、刚劲与柔和交织，打破千篇一律的沉闷，赋予空间独特的雅奢基因。

The natural texture of the wooden wall panels lays out a calm undertone for the space. The arched ceiling softens the hardness of the space with its graceful curved surface. The metal lines transform into flexible spatial veins, gently meandering along the ceiling, outlining an elegant arc of light. The collision between cold hardness and warmth, and the interweaving of strength and softness break the monotony and endow the space with a unique elegant and luxurious gene.

餐厨 — Restaurant and Kitchen

原始户型餐厨空间较为逼仄，无法很好的容纳相关配套，我们在设计时将原本客卫的部分空间纳入其中，空间的尺度感被最大化释放，营造出开阔舒适的居住体验。金属线条勾勒秩序边界，木质用温润晕染生活底色，大理石岛台如自然馈赠的璞玉，温润纹理与清透色泽，在硬朗的金属、质朴的木色间，晕染出诗意的肌理。光影交错间，材质的冷与暖、空间的开与合，共同演绎实用与美学共生的餐厨美学，让每一次驻足，都成为对生活质感的沉浸式感知。

The original kitchen and dining space of the apartment unit was relatively cramped and couldn’t well accommodate relevant facilities. During the design process, we incorporated part of the space of the original guest bathroom into it. As a result, the sense of scale of the space was maximally unleashed, creating a spacious and comfortable living experience. Metal lines outline the boundaries of order, while wood, with its warmth, tints the background color of life. The marble kitchen island is like a natural jade bestowed by nature. Its warm texture and clear luster create a poetic texture among the tough metal and plain wood color. Amidst the interlacing of light and shadow, the cold and warmth of the materials, as well as the openness and enclosure of the space, jointly interpret the kitchen and dining aesthetics where practicality and aesthetics coexist. Every stop here becomes an immersive perception of the quality of life.

中岛衔接餐桌，构建出半围合互动场域。烹饪时，岛台既是操作区的自然延伸，也是与家人交流的情感吧台，用餐时，它则成为情感联结的载体，让美食与对话自然流淌。背后的收纳柜，悄然藏起生活琐碎，开放式展柜，精心陈列美好器物，使空间既有“藏”的秩序，又有“显”的温度，在开放与围合的巧妙平衡里，家的温度，于烟火和陪伴时光中悠悠流转 。

The kitchen island connects to the dining table, creating a semi - enclosed interactive area. When cooking, the island counter is not only a natural extension of the operation area but also an emotional bar for communicating with family members. When having a meal, it becomes a carrier of emotional connection, allowing delicious food and conversations to flow naturally. The storage cabinet behind quietly hides the trivialities of life, while the open - style display cabinet carefully arranges beautiful utensils, making the space have both the order of "hiding" and the warmth of "showing". In the delicate balance between openness and enclosure, the warmth of home lingers gently in the daily life and the time of companionship.

健身区 — Fitness area

我们在设计时，打破运动空间仅为功能服务的惯性，摒弃封闭器械房的传统思路，将原本的次卧空间完全打开，打造开放式健身区，让运动与生活共生。

深色木质墙板沉淀温度，消解金属器械的冷硬；绿植景观引入自然之意，让健身时仿佛身处自然环抱的场域。材质的刚柔碰撞，为运动注入可感知的生活质感。

当器械的碰撞声与客厅的烟火气共鸣，运动不再是割裂的片段，而是高阶生活方式的日常延伸 ，让自律与热爱自然生长在家的肌理里。

When designing, we break the inertia of the sports space only serving functionality, abandon the traditional idea of a closed gym equipment room, completely open up the original secondary bedroom space, and create an open - style fitness area, allowing sports and life to co - exist. The dark - colored wooden wall panels accumulate warmth and dispel the cold hardness of the metal equipment. The green plant landscape brings in the sense of nature, making people feel as if they are in a field surrounded by nature while working out. The collision between the hardness and softness of materials injects a perceivable sense of life into sports. When the clashing sound of the equipment resonates with the domestic atmosphere in the living room, sports are no longer fragmented segments, but an everyday extension of a high - end lifestyle, enabling self - discipline and passion to grow naturally within the fabric of home.

客卫 — Guest bathroom

大理石的自然肌理搭配利落的线条，没有冗余的装饰，把雅奢美学融进卫浴空间，为日常洗漱注入仪式感。

The natural texture of marble is paired with neat lines, without redundant decoration, integrating the minimalist aesthetics into the bathroom space. The hanging drop - shaped faucet is like a work of art, injecting a sense of ritual into daily washing.

主卧 — Master bedroom

在设计时，我们将原本的一个次卧空间并入主卧，构建套房式主卧系统，融合睡眠、休闲、洗漱、衣帽四大功能模块。摒弃浮夸冗杂的装饰语言，原木温润的肌理沉淀着自然的雅静，于细节处铺陈高级格调。金属线条以利落的线性语言，为温润氛围注入一丝克制的奢华，在木与棕的呼应中，悄然强化雅奢质感的层次。隐奢美学经岁月沉淀愈发醇厚，于通透灵动的空间场域自在流转，润而不乏、奢而不彰，让每一寸空间都成为时光与质感共舞的生活容器。

When designing, we incorporated one of the original secondary bedroom spaces into the master bedroom to create a master bedroom suite system, integrating four functional modules of sleeping, relaxation, washing, and dressing. Abandoning flamboyant and redundant decorative language, the warm texture of the natural wood embodies the tranquility of nature, presenting a high - end style in details. The metal lines, with their crisp linear language, inject a touch of restrained luxury into the warm atmosphere. Amid the echo of wood and brown, the layers of the elegant and luxurious texture are subtly enhanced. The hidden luxury aesthetics become more mellow with the passage of time, freely flowing in the transparent and flexible space. It is rich yet not excessive, luxurious yet not ostentatious, making every inch of the space a living container where time and texture dance together.

打破传统功能区隔的桎梏，睡眠区与沐浴区以开放姿态交融共生，泡澡的慵懒与睡眠的静谧无需刻意过渡，便借由空间的呼吸自然衔接，让睡前松弛仪式自然蔓延，织就慵懒与静谧共栖的生活韵律 。

Breaking the shackles of traditional functional zoning, the sleeping area and bathing area blend and coexist in an open posture. The laziness of bathing and the tranquility of sleep do not need to be deliberately transitioned, but are naturally connected through the breathing of space, allowing the relaxation ceremony before bedtime to spread naturally, weaving a rhythm of laziness and tranquility coexisting in life.

衣帽间 — Cloakroom

步入式衣帽间营造出沉浸式的空间体验，开放式陈列区将精致衣物化作空间展品，成为雅奢氛围的动态延伸；封闭式柜体隐匿琐碎，守护空间秩序，两者巧妙融合。行走其间，衣物陈列与空间动线自然呼应，既满足实用收纳需求，又让挑选衣物的过程成为一场与雅奢生活共鸣的时尚仪式。

The walk - in closet creates an immersive spatial experience. The open - style display area transforms exquisite clothes into spatial exhibits, becoming a dynamic extension of the elegant and luxurious atmosphere. The enclosed cabinets conceal the trivialities and maintain the order of the space. The two are ingeniously integrated. When walking among them, the clothing display naturally corresponds to the spatial circulation, not only meeting the practical storage needs but also making the process of choosing clothes a fashion ritual that resonates with the elegant and luxurious life.
