本案是一套四室的旧房改造项目，居住者既喜欢中古的复古温润，又喜欢多巴胺包豪斯的色彩碰撞，更喜欢法式的优雅浪漫，希望自己的家能兼纳三者魅力。

在设计时，我们以居住者对多元风格的喜爱为设计线索，将三者有机交融。法式元素铺陈出空间优雅的底色，细腻线条勾勒空间浪漫轮廓，大胆而和谐的色彩碰撞，为空间注入现代艺术的蓬勃张力，复古家具、温润木质，浸润着岁月沉淀的痕迹，让家满是可触摸的怀旧温度，一场关于家的独特叙事就此展开。

This case is a renovation project of an old four - bedroom house. The residents not only appreciate the retro warmth of mid - century style, but also love the color clashes of dopamine Bauhaus, and are particularly fond of the elegance and romance of French style. They hope that their home can incorporate the charm of all three. During the design process, taking the residents’ preference for diverse styles as the design thread, we organically blend the three elements. French elements lay out an elegant background color for the space, delicate lines outline the romantic contour of the space, and bold yet harmonious color clashes infuse the space with the vibrant tension of modern art. Retro furniture and warm wood, imbued with the marks of years of precipitation, endow the home with a touchable nostalgic warmth. Thus, a unique narrative about home unfolds.

西厨 — Western kitchen

步入家门，拱门与立柱构建起空间秩序，借梁体之势延伸而出，柔和的弧面消解了建筑的生硬边界，弱化了此处过低的梁体带来的突兀压抑感。玻璃屏风似隔非隔，若隐若现，悄然划分出西厨的功能场域，与客厅保持视觉连通的同时，又有了相对独立的交流氛围。

Stepping into the house, the arches and columns establish the spatial order, extending out by taking advantage of the momentum of the beams. The soft arc surfaces dissolve the rigid boundaries of the building and weaken the abrupt and oppressive feeling brought by the too-low beams here. The glass screen seems to separate yet not completely, looming, quietly demarcating the functional area of the western kitchen. While maintaining visual connection with the living room, it also creates a relatively independent communication atmosphere.

原厨房外侧是家政阳台，刀把形的布局，空间利用率极其低下，且无法增加相关配套，在设计时，我们以功能为主导重新进行布局，将空间划分为U型的中厨，独立的家政间，同时还增加了入口的衣帽鞋柜、西厨柜和吧台，改造后的空间既增加了各个空间的活动面积和操作空间，也让整体动线更为流畅，使得空间操作逻辑和使用感受大幅提升。

The original kitchen had a domestic service balcony on the outside. The layout was in the shape of a knife handle, with extremely low space utilization and no possibility of adding relevant facilities. During the design process, we re - arranged the space with functionality as the leading factor, dividing the space into a U - shaped middle kitchen and an independent domestic service room. At the same time, we added a shoe and coat cabinet at the entrance, a western - style kitchen cabinet, and a bar counter. The renovated space not only increases the activity area and operating space of each space, but also makes the overall moving line more smooth, greatly improving the space operation logic and user experience.

中厨 — Chinese kitchen

U形厨房布局，流畅自然的操作流线，方便日常烹饪。棕色实木橱柜，如岁月沉淀的醇厚底色，沉稳而温润，蓝色墙砖打破空间的沉闷，赋予空间强烈的视觉张力，复古花砖有序排列，红棕与米白交织，为厨房增添了一丝复古韵律。

百叶窗筛进的日光里，水流入槽的叮咚、刀具切菜的脆响，交织成生活的灵动乐章，混着饭菜香气在空间里弥漫。

质朴温润与精致复古在此交融共生，让厨房摆脱“料理场所” 的单一属性。每一次烟火升腾，都是美学与日常的温柔对话，静静滋养着生活的诗意 。

The U-shaped kitchen layout features a smooth and natural operating streamline, facilitating daily cooking. The brown solid wood cabinets, like the mellow undertone precipitated by time, are steady and gentle. The blue wall tiles break the dullness of the space, endowing it with a strong visual tension. The retro patterned tiles are arranged in an orderly manner, with the interweaving of red-brown and off-white, adding a touch of retro rhythm to the kitchen. In the sunlight filtered through the blinds, the tinkling of water flowing into the sink and the crisp sound of knives cutting vegetables interweave into a lively movement of life, permeating the space with the aroma of food. Rustic warmth and exquisite retro style blend and coexist here, freeing the kitchen from the single attribute of a "cooking place". Every time the cooking fumes rise, it is a gentle conversation between aesthetics and daily life, quietly nourishing the poetry of life.

餐厅 — Restaurant

原本的餐厅和客厅被客卫和主卧的两扇门割裂开来，居住体验并不好，且让空间显得更为狭长，一览无余。我们重新调整空间的尺度关系，将客卫干区外置，化作串联场域的过渡性枢纽。以餐桌为生活情感核心、客卫干区为秩序节点，构建双中心洄游动线。让空间在开合辗转间，挣脱割裂的桎梏，以开放之姿拥抱流动韵律。行走于内，视线与脚步随动线延伸、回转，每一次穿行都是与空间的诗意对话。

The original dining room and living room were separated by two doors, one leading to the guest bathroom and the other to the master bedroom. This arrangement didn’t provide a good living experience and made the space feel even more elongated and unobstructed. We restructured the spatial hierarchy, relocating the dry area of the guest bathroom to the exterior, transforming it into a transitional hub that connects various zones. With the dining table as the emotional core of life and the dry area of the guest bathroom as the orderly node, we established a dual-centered circulation route. This allows the space to break free from the constraints of separation through its opening and closing, embracing the rhythm of flow with an open attitude. As you move through the space, your gaze and steps follow the circulation route, extending and turning. Every journey through this space becomes a poetic dialogue with it.

法式线条以柔美的弧度，勾勒出空间的层次韵律，蓝色瓷砖似从深海撷取的静谧，为餐厅铺就宁静底色，红条腰线恰似烈焰，点燃生活热忱，两者碰撞，迸发出强烈的视觉张力。木质餐桌浸润着岁月的光泽，形态各异的餐椅，不同材质相互交织碰撞，却又和谐共生。彩色吊灯如艺术装置，将多巴胺色彩肆意挥洒，打破风格的固有边界，让法式的浪漫、中古的温情、包豪斯的先锋在此碰撞交融，让每一次落座，尽情享受生活的惬意与美好。

French lines, with their gentle curves, outline the hierarchical rhythm of the space. The blue tiles, like the tranquility retrieved from the deep sea, lay a peaceful backdrop for the dining room. The red waistline is like a blazing flame, igniting the enthusiasm for life. The collision of these two elements generates a strong visual tension. The wooden dining table is imbued with the luster of time. The dining chairs, in various shapes, have different materials intertwined and colliding, yet coexisting harmoniously. The colorful chandeliers, like art installations, freely sprinkle dopamine colors, breaking the inherent boundaries of style. Here, French romance, mid-century warmth, and Bauhaus avant-garde collide and blend, allowing every seating to fully enjoy the comfort and beauty of life.

客厅 — Living room

客厅

浅米色的墙面与蓝色元素相互映衬，奠定了空间温暖而静谧的基调。家具的摆放疏朗有致，复古皮沙发以沉稳之姿成为空间重心，造型别致的藤编摇椅、亮眼的红色置物架，与温润木色的边柜、茶几呼应，为空间增添几分鲜活亮色，营造出自由惬意的生活场域，空间的细腻质感尽显于此。

The light beige walls of the living room and the blue elements complement each other, setting a warm and quiet tone for the space. The furniture is arranged in an orderly manner. The retro leather sofa, with its calm presence, becomes the center of the space. The uniquely shaped rattan rocking chair, the eye - catching red storage rack, echo with the warm - toned wooden side cabinets and coffee tables, adding a few touches of vivid color to the space and creating a free and comfortable living area. 客卫 — Guest bathroom

客卫干区不再是孤立的卫浴节点，而是化作串联场域的过渡性枢纽，让空间串联挣脱平铺直叙的单调，呈现出富有韵律与层次的叙事节奏。洗漱、整理这些日常动作，由此成为空间流转间的仪式性过渡，从客厅的松弛，步入干区的秩序与精致，再迈向其他场域，每一次驻足与行走，都似在不同空间情绪里轻盈跳转，晕染出多维度的体验层次。

The dry area of the guest bathroom is no longer an isolated bathroom node. Instead, it transforms into a transitional hub that connects the fields, enabling the spatial connection to break free from the monotony of plain narration and presenting a narrative rhythm full of rhythm and layers. Daily actions such as washing and tidying up thus become ritualistic transitions during the spatial flow. From the relaxation of the living room, stepping into the order and refinement of the dry area, and then moving towards other fields, every stop and step seems to be a light jump among different spatial emotions, creating multi - dimensional experience levels.

白昼，木色与金属勾勒秩序，构建协作的理性基底，入夜，红蓝霓虹灯光漫染，空间蜕变为赛博迷境，明暗切换间，现实与虚拟美学交融奏鸣，带来沉浸式的游戏体验，诠释电竞空间的多面美学。

During the day, wood and metal outline order, constructing a rational foundation for collaboration. At night, red and blue neon lights spread, transforming the space into a cybernetic wonderland. Amidst the alternation of light and dark, the aesthetics of reality and virtuality blend and resonate, bringing an immersive gaming experience and interpreting the multi-faceted aesthetics of the e-sports space.

主卧 — Master bedroom

套房式主卧设计，融合睡眠、休闲、洗漱、衣帽四大功能模块，构建起完整的生活场域。柔和的色调调和出温暖的空间氛围，优雅的法式石膏线条，勾勒出浪漫格调，精致的雕花与艺术吊灯相映成趣，柔和的光线洒落，织就慵懒又优雅的睡眠场域，让每一个夜晚都能在舒适与美好中安然入眠。

The master bedroom is designed in a suite style, integrating four functional modules of sleeping, relaxing, washing, and clothing storage, creating a complete living space. Soft colors create a warm spatial atmosphere. Elegant French gypsum lines outline a romantic style. Exquisite carvings and artistic chandeliers complement each other. Soft light shines down, weaving a lazy and elegant sleeping space, allowing you to sleep soundly in comfort and beauty every night.

主卫 — Master bathroom

主卫延续了卧室的设计，米白色瓷砖搭配绿色马赛克瓷砖，流畅设计与简洁线条交织，悄然勾勒出空间细腻且富有韵律的质感 。

The master bathroom continues the design of the bedroom. The off-white tiles are paired with green mosaic tiles. The smooth design and simple lines are intertwined, quietly outlining the delicate and rhythmic texture of the space.

以秩序与质感勾勒空间美学。深浅木色交织，柜体线条利落，似无声的空间叙事。

利用拆不掉的飘窗做化妆台，借其天然高度延伸出悬浮台面，极大的提高了空间利用率。

吊灯温润洒落，与温润的木地板相呼应，让每一次更衣，都成为与优雅静谧的温柔对谈 。

The cloakroom outlines the spatial aesthetics with order and texture. The interweaving of light and dark wood colors and the neat lines of the cabinets are like a silent spatial narrative. The immovable bay window is used as a dressing table, and a floating countertop is extended by taking advantage of its natural height, greatly improving the space utilization rate. The warm chandelier light spills down, echoing the warm wooden floor, making every time of changing clothes a gentle conversation with elegance and tranquility.

次卧 — Second bedroom

次卧空间并不大，是给孩子预留的房间，因此需要考虑休息，学习，衣物收纳和书柜收纳，我们在设计时将床靠墙放置，将原有的U型动线简化为L型动线，增加储物功能的同时也预留出更多的活动空间。

The secondary bedroom is not very large and is reserved for children. Therefore, we need to consider aspects such as rest, study, clothing storage, and bookcase storage. When designing, we place the bed against the wall, simplify the original U-shaped circulation line into an L-shaped one, which not only increases the storage function but also reserves more activity space.

次卧 — Third bedroom

卧室延续了空间整体素雅的色调，悄然晕染出温暖宁静的空间氛围。柔软的床品，如云朵般轻盈，传递着温润的触感 。木色元素点缀其中，纹理自然，墙上的艺术挂画，为空间注入了几分灵动的艺术气息。当暮色漫进窗，纱帘筛碎日光，床榻陷在暖黄里，连影子都跟着松弛。

The bedroom continues the overall simple and elegant color scheme of the space, quietly creating a warm and peaceful spatial atmosphere. The soft bedding is as light as a cloud, conveying a gentle touch. Wooden elements are dotted among them, with natural textures. The art paintings on the wall inject a bit of lively artistic flavor into the space. When the twilight seeps through the window and the gauze curtain filters the sunlight, the bed is bathed in warm yellow light, and even the shadows seem to relax.
