客厅 — Living room

本案是一套顶复项目，在设计时，我们将业主钟情的意式风格融入其中，以利落线条构筑秩序，借温润材质晕染温度，开阔的布局与层次赋予空间开放包容的质感，柔和的基调，极具质感的设计，是独属于家的温度。

This case is a top-floor duplex project. During the design process, we incorporated the Italian style that the owner loves. We constructed order with clean lines, infused warmth with gentle materials, and endowed the space with an open and inclusive texture through the spacious layout and layers. The soft tone and highly textured design embody the unique warmth of a home.

我们在设计时在客厅区域保留了挑空，垂直空间彼此形成视觉呼应与功能联动，达成共生共融的场域关系。

旋转楼梯以流畅的曲线打破空间的刻板，在秩序中注入动态的韵律美，成为视觉焦点的同时，也暗合了空间的层次递进。

当光线顺着螺旋弧面游走，明暗在梯身流转出灵动的韵律，客厅蜕变为充满动态张力与艺术遐想的场域，每一眼望去，都能捕捉到空间与艺术交融的高级感。

In our design, we retained a double-height space in the living room area. The vertical spaces form visual echoes and functional interactions with each other, achieving a symbiotic and integrated field relationship. The spiral staircase breaks the rigidity of the space with its smooth curves, infusing a dynamic sense of rhythmic beauty into the order. It becomes a visual focal point while also subtly aligning with the progressive layers of the space. When light travels along the spiral curved surface, light and shadow flow over the staircase to create a vivid rhythm. The living room transforms into a field filled with dynamic tension and artistic reverie, and every glance captures the sophisticated sense of integration between space and art.

客厅以黑、白、灰为主的色调铺陈，构建出冷静而高级的视觉基底。墙面的简洁与木质元素的温润相衬，利落的块面与错落的层次交织，在秩序中暗藏灵动。皮质沙发的沉稳质感，搭配单椅的轻盈造型，平衡出刚柔并济的空间气质。大面积的通透界面，让光线自由穿梭，模糊了室内外的边界，使整个空间既保有现代设计的理性克制，又流淌着生活的温润诗意。

The living room is decorated with a color palette primarily consisting of black, white, and gray, creating a calm and sophisticated visual foundation. The simplicity of the walls complements the warmth of the wooden elements, with clean block surfaces intertwined with staggered layers, hiding agility within order. The steady texture of the leather sofa, paired with the lightweight shape of the single chair, balances the spatial temperament of both hardness and softness. The large area of transparent surfaces allows light to freely penetrate, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, making the entire space retain the rational restraint of modern design while also flowing with the warm poetry of life

在设计时，我们以极简几何切割的手法，在二楼区域开了一扇“窗”，精妙设计的美学节点，打破了立面的单调。简洁的几何形态，在垂直维度上牵引视线向上，与挑空的纵深感形成呼应。当光线透过窗口，或明或暗地在墙面晕染出富有层次的光影，为冷静克制的空间注入了灵动的韵律，又以艺术化的姿态，成为空间里的视觉锚点，让整个客厅在秩序与灵动的平衡间，尽显高级的美学张力。

During the design process, we used minimalist geometric cutting techniques to create a "window" in the second-floor area. The exquisitely designed aesthetic details break the monotony of the facade. The simple geometric form draws the eye upward in the vertical dimension, echoing the sense of depth from the double-height space. When light passes through the window, it creates layered light and shadow on the wall, sometimes bright and sometimes dim, infusing the calm and restrained space with a dynamic rhythm. It also becomes a visual anchor in the space with an artistic posture, allowing the entire living room to fully display a high-level aesthetic tension in the balance between order and vitality.

露台 — Terrace

餐厅 — Restaurant

原始户型餐厨以及客卫空间较为逼仄，无法很好的容纳相关配套，我们将原本的北向露台的部分空间纳入室内，对餐厅、中厨、西厨与客卫区域进行系统性整合，依托合理的动线设计梳理空间脉络，借由明确的区域划分界定功能属性，让各功能板块既保有独立的使用边界，又能形成高效联动的空间关系。空间的尺度感被最大化释放，不仅精准承载了多样化的生活需求，更构建出开阔通透、舒适自在的居住体验。

The original kitchen, dining area, and guest bathroom were relatively cramped, unable to adequately accommodate the relevant facilities. We incorporated part of the space from the original north-facing terrace into the interior, systematically integrating the dining room, Chinese kitchen, Western kitchen, and guest bathroom areas. By relying on a reasonable traffic flow design, we organized the spatial context, and through clear regional division, we defined the functional attributes, allowing each functional segment to maintain independent usage boundaries while forming an efficiently interconnected spatial relationship. The sense of spatial scale is maximized, not only accurately meeting diverse living needs but also creating an open, transparent, comfortable, and relaxed living experience.

木质移门，承载多重空间角色，既是厨房的房门，同时也是餐厅与卫浴区之间的隔门，也可以与墙面融为一体成为墙面装饰的一部分，推动之间，空间在 “隔与融” 的动态平衡、“藏与显” 的微妙转换中自在流转，为场域注入更多元的想象维度与使用可能。

Wooden sliding doors, which play multiple spatial roles, serve as both the door to the kitchen and the partition between the dining room and the bathroom. They can also blend into the wall to become part of the wall decoration. When sliding, the space flows freely in the dynamic balance of "separation and integration" and the subtle transformation of "hiding and revealing", injecting more diverse imaginative dimensions and usage possibilities into the field.

厨房 — Kitchen

U形厨房布局，洗涤、备餐，烹饪，动线流畅。黑白灰的低饱和度色彩搭配，构建出冷静克制的视觉基底，深浅木质柜体于秩序中暗藏韵律，质感与轻盈感达成微妙的平衡。光线透过百叶窗，在墙面与柜身投下细腻的光影层次，让烹饪的方寸之地，既保有功能的理性秩序，又晕染出生活的静谧诗意。

U-shaped kitchen layout, with smooth workflows for washing, food preparation, and cooking. The low-saturation color combination of black, white, and gray creates a calm and restrained visual base. The light and dark wooden cabinets hide a rhythm within the order, achieving a delicate balance between texture and lightness. Light filters through the shutters, casting delicate layers of light and shadow on the walls and cabinet surfaces, making this small cooking space not only maintain the rational order of functions but also exude the quiet poetry of life.

客卫 — Guest bathroom

重新布局后的卫生间，双台盆洗手台，独立的马桶间和淋浴间，干湿三分离，功能强大。大理石的自然肌理搭配利落的线条，把极简美学融进卫浴空间，为日常洗漱注入仪式感。

The rearranged bathroom features a double vanity sink, a separate toilet cubicle, and a shower room, achieving three-way separation of dry and wet areas with powerful functionality. The natural texture of marble combined with clean lines integrates minimalist aesthetics into the bathroom space, infusing a sense of ritual into daily washing and grooming.

主卧 — Master bedroom

我们在设计时，将床置于洄游的中心，床头背靠与桌案一体化设计，既可以作为梳妆台，也可以满足日常办公所需。床尾朝南，正对窗户，大面积的窗如同天然画框，把自然景致引入室内，生活于此满是诗意与格调。

In our design, the bed is placed at the center of the circulation path. The head of the bed is integrated with a desk, which can serve both as a dressing table and meet daily office needs. The foot of the bed faces south, directly opposite the window. The large-area window, like a natural picture frame, brings the natural scenery into the room, making life here full of poetry and elegance.

木饰面自然生长的纹理与柔和温度，如岁月沉淀的温柔底色，金属元素融入其中，其独特质感，为空间注入了时尚与精致感，不同材质相互碰撞，铺陈出高级且富有层次的格调。

The naturally growing textures and soft warmth of the wood veneer, like a gentle background color precipitated over the years, with metal elements integrated into it. Its unique texture injects a sense of fashion and exquisiteness into the space. The collision of different materials unfolds a high - end and layered style.

主卫 — Master bathroom

主卫石材天然的纹理如时光镌刻的痕迹，传递出沉静的力量，大面积镜面的融入，拓展了空间的视觉边界。柔和的灯光晕染开来，温润木色的格栅柜体更显细腻，让洗漱休憩的日常，成为一场沉浸式的感官享受。

The natural texture of the stone in the master bathroom is like marks carved by time, exuding a quiet strength. The integration of large-area mirrors expands the visual boundaries of the space. The soft light spreads gently, and the warm wooden lattice cabinetry appears more delicate, turning the daily routine of washing and resting into an immersive sensory experience.

次卧 — Bedroom

干净柔和的墙面，消弭了视觉上的繁杂。浑然天成的弧形木饰面，在几何秩序中融入柔和曲线，既界定了睡眠区域，又为空间注入灵动韵律。陷入柔软的床铺，所有的疲惫悄然消散，只余满室的静谧与身心的全然松弛。

The clean and soft walls eliminate visual clutter, while the naturally curved wooden panel seamlessly integrates gentle curves into a geometric order. It not only defines the sleeping area but also infuses the space with a lively rhythm. Lost in the soft bed, all fatigue quietly dissipates, leaving only the tranquility of the room and complete relaxation of body and mind.

次卧 — Bedroom

次卧虽空间尺度有限，作为儿童房却需承载休息、学习、衣物收纳与书籍存放等多重功能。我们在设计时将床靠墙放置并朝向窗景，同时将原有的 U 型动线优化为更简洁的 L 型布局，增加储物功能的同时也预留出更多的活动空间，让有限空间焕发高效且舒适的使用体验。

Although the secondary bedroom has a limited space, as a children’s room, it needs to fulfill multiple functions such as resting, studying, storing clothes, and keeping books. In our design, the bed is placed against the wall and faces the window view. Meanwhile, the original U-shaped traffic flow is optimized into a more concise L-shaped layout. This not only increases the storage function but also reserves more activity space, allowing the limited space to deliver an efficient and comfortable user experience.

次卧 — Bedroom

次卧床具的蓝色软包设计，以一抹雅致色彩打破素净的沉静，与墙面艺术画作形成视觉韵律的呼应。格栅移门，巧妙划分卧室与家政区域，隔而不断，空间与空间之间形成巧妙的对话，让每一寸空间都发挥最大价值。

The blue upholstered design of the bedding in the secondary bedroom breaks the quietness of the plainness with an elegant touch of color, echoing the artistic paintings on the wall in a visual rhythm. The lattice sliding doors cleverly divide the bedroom and the housekeeping area, separating yet not isolating them. A subtle dialogue is formed between the spaces, allowing every inch of space to maximize its value.

二楼

书房 — Study room

原本的二楼仅有框架部分，我们在设计时对空间进行重构，集书房、卧室、家政，卫浴于一体。木质墙面自然的肌理，散发着温润质朴的气韵，简洁的线条与自然的材质，让书房回归本身静谧雅致的氛围。

卫生间与家政间隐形门的设计凭借材质的高度统一，消弭了视觉上的边界感，门墙一体过渡自然，让每一寸场域让渡于叙事。

Originally, only the framework part of the second floor existed. During the design process, we reconstructed the space, integrating a study, bedroom, housekeeping area, and bathroom into one. The natural texture of the wooden walls exudes a warm and simple charm. The clean lines and natural materials bring the study back to its inherent quiet and elegant atmosphere. The design of the hidden doors for the bathroom and housekeeping room, relying on the high unity of materials, eliminates the sense of visual boundaries. The door and wall transition naturally as one, allowing every inch of the space to give way to the narrative.

卧室 — Bedroom

异形吊顶

利落转折的块面，打破常规的刻板。它并非单纯的造型塑造，更像是空间的立体雕塑，借由高低错落的形态，在垂直维度上拓展出丰富的视觉层次。光线顺着吊顶的轮廓游走，于墙面与地面晕染出富有韵律的明暗变化，既强化了空间的纵深感，又以艺术化的姿态，成为卧室里极具辨识度的美学焦点，让整个休憩场域在秩序与创意的交融中，尽显高级质感与灵动气韵。

The sharp, angular transitions of the irregular ceiling break the rigidity of conventional designs. It is not merely a form of styling, but more like a three-dimensional sculpture in the space. Through its staggered heights and varying shapes, it expands into rich visual layers in the vertical dimension. Light flows along the contours of the ceiling, casting rhythmic light and shadow patterns on the walls and floor. This not only enhances the sense of depth in the space but also, with an artistic touch, becomes a highly distinctive aesthetic focal point in the bedroom. The entire resting area thus exudes a sense of sophisticated texture and vibrant charm through the integration of order and creativity.

当客厅的光线透过窗口晕染开来，与墙面的暖调相融，恰似月光漫过起伏的山峦，为卧室镀上一层朦胧的温馨光晕，整个卧室仿若被温柔的絮语包裹，每一寸都流淌着治愈身心的温馨。

When the light from the living room diffuses through the window and blends with the warm tones of the walls, it is just like the moonlight spilling over the undulating mountains, casting a hazy and cozy glow over the bedroom. The entire bedroom seems to be wrapped in gentle whispers, with every inch exuding a healing warmth that soothes both body and mind.

卧室 — Bedroom

温润木色在床头铺展暖意，简约的线条和柔和色调调和出卧室的宁静底色，一旁的架子鼓，又为这宁静添了几分艺术的灵动，让休憩之所亦能成为灵感与热爱的栖居地，于无声处诉说着对生活美学的极致追求。

The warm and moist wood color spreads a sense of warmth at the head of the bed. Simple lines and soft tones blend to create a tranquil backdrop for the bedroom. The drum set beside it adds a touch of artistic vitality to this tranquility, making the resting place also a habitat for inspiration and passion, silently telling of the ultimate pursuit of the aesthetics of life.

露台 — Terrace

当晨光漫过栏杆，叶片上的露珠还沾着星星的余温，晕开一小片湿润的诗意。正午的阳光偏爱这里，透过花架，在茶桌上织出斑驳的光影，看流云慢慢相融，连蝉鸣都变得温柔。待到暮色四合，晚风携着草木的清香轻轻拂过，玻璃盏里晃着半盏晚霞，连时光都似在此处放慢了脚步。这方天地，藏着生活最细腻的诗意，让每一次停留，都成了与自然的私语。

As the morning light creeps over the railings, the dewdrops on the leaves still carry the residual warmth of the stars, creating a small patch of moist poetic charm. The noon sun favors this place, weaving mottled shadows and lights through the trellis onto the tea table. Watching the clouds slowly merge together, even the chirping of cicadas becomes gentle. By dusk, when the evening breeze carries the fragrance of plants and trees to gently brush past, half a cup of sunset twinkles in the glass bowl, as if time itself has slowed down here. This corner of the world holds the most delicate poetry of life, making every pause into a private conversation with nature.
