French design company La Chance's wares are currently on view in an exhibition at the New York showroom of Matter – now the exclusive purveyor of the brand in the city

The installation features a wide range of furniture, lighting and accessories including new releases by designers such as Beaverhausen (detail of 'Pli' trays, pictured), Guillaume Delvigne, Jonah Takagi, and Alain Gilles

Delvigne’s sculptural 'Toy' vase combines blown glass, industrial flat glass and a hand-painting technique to create a unique overlay of patterns and colour combinations

Other notable releases include Takagi’s 'MeWoMa' dining table, a totemic construction made of stacked metal, wood and marble

Gilles’ 'Xray' sofa (pictured) highlights its steel frame through a graphic prime colour treatment
